【摘要】：政治沟通是在政治体系内,政治主体通过一定的渠道进行政治信息传递和交流,从而实现其政治目标的活动。政治沟通的主体具有鲜明的政治性,主要是政府、政党、政治家以及一些政治性的社会组织和团体。中国共产党作为当代中国的执政党,它是中国特色社会主义事业的领导核心,其政治沟通在政治体系的良性运转中更是发挥不可替代的核心作用。中国的政治沟通体系也是以中国共产党为核心构建起来的,因而中国共产党政治沟通是自成体系并独具特色的。经过九十多年的发展,中国共产党在政治沟通方面创造了很多成功的方式与方法,也积累了比较丰富的宝贵经验。这就要求我们对中国共产党政治沟通进行比较全面的研究,在实践中不断健全和完善党的政治沟通体系。本文共分为七章：第一章,绪论。阐述了本文的研究背景,对国内外学者关于政治沟通问题的研究进行综述,并介绍了本文的主要研究内容和研究方法。第二章,中国共产党政治沟通的概念、要素与特征。首先对政治沟通、政党政治沟通和中国共产党政治沟通的概念进行界定,而后概括了党的政治沟通的基本要素,最后对党的政治沟通的主要特征进行阐述。第三章,中国共产党政治沟通的历史考察。中国共产党政治沟通的历史演进可以划分为三个阶段：党的政治沟通的初创时期、党的政治沟通的曲折发展阶段、党的政治沟通的逐步完善阶段。第四章,中国共产党政治沟通的运行机制。从党的政治沟通的基本面向来看,中国共产党政治沟通的运行机制主要由党内沟通机制、党政沟通机制、党际沟通机制与党群沟通机制构成。第五章,中国共产党政治沟通的基本功能。中国共产党政治沟通的功能主要体现为：政治决策功能、形象塑造功能、社会整合功能、社会控制功能、危机化解功能五个方面。第六章,中国共产党政治沟通的现实境遇。党的政治沟通具有很强的比较优势,同时也面临着很多机遇与挑战,自身也存在一些不足之处。第七章,中国共产党政治沟通的完善路径。完善党的政治沟通要坚持一定的原则和价值取向,同时还要有相应的衡量标准和具体措施。
[Abstract]:Political communication is an activity in which the political subject transmits and exchanges political information through certain channels in order to achieve its political goal. The main body of political communication is political, mainly government, political parties, politicians and some political social organizations and organizations. As the ruling party of contemporary China, the Communist Party of China is the leading core of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and its political communication plays an irreplaceable central role in the benign operation of the political system. China's political communication system is also built on the core of the Communist Party of China, so the political communication of the Communist Party of China is its own system and unique features. After more than 90 years of development, the CPC has created many successful ways and methods in political communication and accumulated rich valuable experience. This requires us to conduct a more comprehensive study on the political communication of the CPC, and to improve and perfect the political communication system of the CPC in practice. This paper is divided into seven chapters: chapter one, introduction. This paper expounds the research background of this paper, summarizes the domestic and foreign scholars' research on political communication, and introduces the main research contents and research methods of this paper. The second chapter, the concept, elements and characteristics of the Communist Party of China's political communication. Firstly, the concepts of political communication, party political communication and Chinese Communist Party political communication are defined, then the basic elements of the party's political communication are summarized, and the main characteristics of the party's political communication are expounded. The third chapter, the historical investigation of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. The historical evolution of Chinese Communist Party's political communication can be divided into three stages: the initial period of the party's political communication, the tortuous development stage of the party's political communication, and the gradual improvement stage of the party's political communication. The fourth chapter, the running mechanism of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. From the basic aspect of the party's political communication, the operating mechanism of the CPC's political communication is mainly composed of the inner-party communication mechanism, the party-government communication mechanism, the inter-party communication mechanism and the party-mass communication mechanism. The fifth chapter, the basic function of the Communist Party of China's political communication. The functions of the CPC's political communication are as follows: political decision-making function, image shaping function, social integration function, social control function and crisis resolution function. Chapter six, the realistic situation of the political communication of the Communist Party of China. The party's political communication has a strong comparative advantage, but also faces a lot of opportunities and challenges, there are also some shortcomings. The seventh chapter, the perfect path of the Communist Party of China's political communication. To perfect the party's political communication, we must adhere to certain principles and value orientation, at the same time, we should have corresponding standards and concrete measures.
