邓小平关于港澳驻军的重大决策及其实践意义

【摘要】：在港澳驻军是邓小平"一国两制"战略构想的伟大实践,是充满智慧、富有远见的重大战略决策,具有厚重的历史依据、扎实的理论根据、深厚的政治意蕴和坚实的民意基础,彰显出崇高的责任、担当意识。它是"一国两制"条件下军事力量的创造性运用,具有丰富、深刻的时代内涵。同时,它还是在特殊复杂的环境中军事驻防的成功实践,开创了在一国之内实行不同社会制度的地区驻军、建军、治军的历史先河,为维护港澳地区繁荣稳定发挥了积极作用。
[Abstract]:The garrison in Hong Kong and Macao is a great practice of Deng Xiaoping's strategic concept of "one country, two systems", is a great strategic decision full of wisdom and foresight, has a solid historical basis, a solid theoretical basis, a profound political connotation and a solid public opinion base. Show the lofty responsibility, take on consciousness. It is the creative application of military power under the condition of "one country, two systems" and has rich and profound connotation of the times. At the same time, it is the successful practice of military garrison in a special and complicated environment, and it has created a history of garrison, army building and military administration in a country with different social systems, which has played a positive role in maintaining the prosperity and stability of Hong Kong and Macao regions.
