【摘要】:以往学术界关于毛泽东文化思想的研究往往是把毛泽东文化政策思想涵盖在其文化理论思想之中,没有加以区分和细化,这使得毛泽东文化政策思想指导具体实践的作用未能得到充分彰显。本文采用文献研究法与马克思主义中国化相结合的研究方法,通过政策科学的视阈来探讨毛泽东的文化思想。将毛泽东文化政策思想从理论层面的研究中析解出来,对其包含内容、主要特点和当代意义等方面进行深入地探讨,从而使之解决我国文化建设实际问题的作用得到更大更好的释放。 毛泽东文化政策思想是毛泽东文化思想所包含的诸多方面中最具有实践价值的重要组成部分。它是毛泽东根据不同历史时期我国文化建设和发展所面临的不同现实问题,对马克思主义文化理论作出的实践性思考和创造性运用,在具体的实践之中形成制定和解决中国文化建设和发展问题的政策指向,同时其本身也可以直接成为文化政策的一部分。毛泽东文化政策思想实现了马克思主义文化建设理论的中国化和具体化,从根本上做到马克思主义文化建设理论与本土、本民族的具体实践相结合,并将其现实化,做到真理性认识与科学实践相结合,本质精神与策略原则相统一。 根据毛泽东文化政策思想所涉及的文化建设领域中的不同方面来看,毛泽东文化服务政策思想主要包括:“二为”方向和关于服务的对象、内容、方式等内容;毛泽东文化繁荣政策思想主要包括:坚持马克思主义在文化建设领域的指导地位、强调“百花齐放,百家争鸣”、明确建设和发展民族的科学的大众的文化和反对文化专制做法等内容;毛泽东文化借鉴政策思想主要包括:古为今用,,洋为中用、取其精华,去其糟粕和着眼于“今用”与“出新”等内容;毛泽东文化改造政策思想主要包括:改造传统文化、改造外来文化、肃清腐朽和落后文化和改造人的主观世界等内容;毛泽东文化教育政策思想主要包括:文化教育必须服务于无产阶级政治,并同社会生产劳动相结合、在劳动人民中普及教育,提升人民群众的文化素养、向现代科技进军和培养社会主义接班人等内容。 通过毛泽东文化政策思想与理论思想的对比,可析解出毛泽东文化政策思想具有准则性、实践性、革命性、开放性、先进性、教育性、政治性和辩证性等主要特点。 在对毛泽东文化政策思想形成了一个比较清晰和全面的认识之后,将其与当今的文化现实问题紧密结合起来,指出毛泽东文化政策思想对于推动文化大发展大繁荣具有深远的现实意义和实践价值:毛泽东文化服务政策思想具有要坚持“二为”方向下的“双百”和“两用”、引导文化工作者坚持正确的文化立场和满足人民群众的文化需求,丰富人民群众的文化生活等现实意义;毛泽东文化繁荣政策思想具有鼓励文化的创造性发展和弘扬中华文化,培育民族精神等现实意义;毛泽东文化借鉴思想具有对传统文化进行整理与创新、坚持对外开放,以我为主,为我所用等现实意义;毛泽东文化改造政策思想具有批判和抵制“三俗”文化和破立并举,创造中国特色社会主义的先进文化等现实意义;毛泽东文化教育政策思想具有发展社会主义文化教育,提高全民族科学文化水平、加强素质教育,促进人的全面发展、尊重知识,尊重人才、兼顾文化教育的娱乐性和严肃性等现实意义。
[Abstract]:In the past, the study of Mao Zedong's cultural thought in academic circles often covers Mao Zedong's cultural policy thought in his cultural theory, and does not distinguish and refine it. This makes the role of Mao Zedong's cultural policy guiding the concrete practice not fully demonstrated. This article adopts the literature research method and Marx's Sinicization. The combination of the research method, through the view of the policy science to explore Mao Zedong's cultural thought, and analyze Mao Zedong's cultural policy from the theoretical level, and further discuss its contents, main features and contemporary significance, so as to make it more effective in solving the practical problems of cultural construction in China. Great and better release.
Mao Zedong's cultural policy thought is an important part of the most practical value in many aspects of Mao Zedong's cultural thought. It is Mao Zedong's practical thinking and creative use of Marx's cultural theory in accordance with the different realistic problems faced by the cultural construction and development of our country in different historical periods. The practice of body forms a policy direction to formulate and solve the problems of cultural construction and development in China. At the same time, it can also be a part of the cultural policy directly. Mao Zedong's cultural policy has realized the localization and concreting of the theory of Marx's cultural construction. The theory of the cultural construction of Marx's culture and the theory of cultural construction from the root have been achieved. Combining local practice with the specific practice of the nation and realifying it, we should combine truth cognition with scientific practice, and combine the essential spirit with the strategic principles.
According to the different aspects of cultural construction involved in Mao Zedong's cultural policy thought, Mao Zedong's cultural service policy ideas mainly include: "the second" direction, the object of service, the content, the way and so on; Mao Zedong's culture and prosperity policy thought mainly includes: adhering to the Marx doctrine in the field of cultural construction. The guiding position, emphasizing "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", clearly constructs and develops the scientific mass culture of the nation and anti cultural despotism, and so on. Mao Zedong's cultural reference to policy ideas mainly includes: the ancient for the present, the foreign things as the medium, the essence, the dross, the "present use" and "out of the new"; Mao Zedong's cultural education policy ideas mainly include the reform of traditional culture, the transformation of foreign culture, the elimination of decadent and backward culture and the transformation of the subjective world of human beings. The cultural education policy ideas mainly include: cultural education must serve proletarian politics, combined with social production and labor, and among the working people. And education, improving people's cultural attainment, marching toward modern science and technology, and training socialist successors.
Through the contrast of Mao Zedong's cultural policy thoughts and theoretical ideas, it is possible to analyze the main characteristics of Mao Zedong's cultural policy ideas, such as principles, practicality, revolutionaries, openness, advanced nature, education, politics and dialectics.
After a clear and comprehensive understanding of Mao Zedong's cultural policy thought, it is closely combined with the current problems of cultural reality, pointing out that Mao Zedong's cultural policy thought has far-reaching practical and practical value for promoting great cultural development and prosperity: Mao Zedong's cultural service policy thought is essential. Holding the "double hundred" and "dual uses" under the direction of "two", guiding cultural workers to adhere to the correct cultural position, meet the cultural needs of the people and enrich the cultural life of the people, and so on. Mao Zedong's cultural prosperity policy ideas have the creative development of encouraging culture and the development of Chinese culture and cultivation of national essence. The practical meaning of Mao Zedong's cultural reference has the realistic meaning of arranging and innovating the traditional culture, insisting on opening to the outside world, taking me as the main part and making use of it for our own purpose. Mao Zedong's cultural transformation policy has the realistic meaning of criticizing and resisting the "three vulgar" culture and the creation of the advanced culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Mao Zedong's cultural and educational policy thought has the practical significance of developing socialist culture and education, improving the level of national science and culture, strengthening quality education, promoting the all-round development of people, respecting knowledge, respecting talents, and taking into account the entertainment and seriousness of cultural education.
