马克思主义视角下的动物保护及福利问题研究

【摘要】：近年来,人类与动物之间出现的问题越来越多,人们开始关注人类对待动物的方式。国内外不同时期提出的有关人与动物的思想,有善待友好的、也有否认动物自身存在价值的,这些观点有可行的、也有不理性的。在各种思想的不断碰撞下,动物保护及福利的思想作为最为合理的、科学的思想,逐渐被认可与接受,它能够有效缓解甚至解决人与动物之间的矛盾。在市场经济发展过程中,我国出现了活熊取胆、活拔绒等危害动物保护及福利的问题,人们不禁思考需要用什么样的方式、理论以及知识予以解决?如何真正实现人与动物之间的和谐?马克思主义是科学的理论体系,它在动物保护及福利方面的思想、在生态伦理方面的理论为认识和解决人与动物的关系提供了直接依据,它在辩证唯物主义哲学中关于联系的普遍性和多样性、矛盾的同一性和斗争性、量变与质变及其相互转化等原理,要求在实践中坚持用联系发展的眼光看待事物、注重事物的两面性以及适度原则,实现人与动物的和谐,科学解决动物保护及福利方面的问题。通过加强马克思主义关于动物保护及福利思想的教育,培育全社会理性善待动物的意识,在生态文明建设中关注动物保护及福利,以马克思主义为指导树立正确消费理念、不断完善相关专业措施和方式,就能保障人与动物的和谐相处,服务于生态文明建设,实现人类生存生活方式的健康、平衡、永续发展。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there are more and more problems between human beings and animals. People begin to pay attention to the way people treat animals. The ideas about human beings and animals put forward in different periods at home and abroad are kind and friendly, and some deny the existence value of animals themselves. These views are feasible and irrational. Under the constant collision of various thoughts, the idea of animal protection and welfare, as the most reasonable and scientific thought, is gradually recognized and accepted, which can effectively alleviate and even solve the contradiction between human and animal. In the course of the development of market economy, there have been some problems in our country, such as how to get the gallbladder from the living bear, how to pull out the velvet, and so on, so people can not help thinking about the ways, theories and knowledge that need to be solved. How to realize the harmony between human beings and animals? Marxism is a scientific theoretical system. Its thoughts on animal protection and welfare and ecological ethics provide a direct basis for understanding and solving the relationship between human beings and animals. In the philosophy of dialectical materialism, the principles of universality and diversity of relation, identity and struggle of contradiction, quantitative change and qualitative change and their mutual transformation require us to treat things in the view of relation development in practice. Pay attention to the two sides of things and the principle of moderation, realize the harmony between human beings and animals, and scientifically solve the problems of animal protection and welfare. By strengthening Marxist education on animal protection and welfare, cultivating the consciousness of the whole society to treat animals well, paying attention to animal protection and welfare in the construction of ecological civilization, and taking Marxism as the guide, we should set up a correct consumption concept. By perfecting the relevant professional measures and ways, we can guarantee the harmony between human beings and animals, serve the construction of ecological civilization, and realize the healthy, balanced and sustainable development of human life style.
