关于坚持和发展群众路线问题的思考

【摘要】：群众路线的坚持和发展意义重大。要牢固坚持正确的群众观点,这是正确权力观的前提、执政合法性的基础、维护党的先进性纯洁性的关键。坚持和发展群众路线重在实践,提高群众工作的能力,重点是调查研究、分析决策、解决矛盾化解纠纷以及组织宣传和服务的能力。坚持和发展群众路线要掌握科学的群众工作方法,重点是要善于结合、引导和沟通。
[Abstract]:The adherence to and development of the mass line is of great significance. We must firmly adhere to the correct mass viewpoint, which is the premise of the correct view of power, the basis of ruling legitimacy, and the key to safeguarding the purity of the Party's advanced nature. Adhering to and developing the mass line focuses on practice and improving the ability of mass work, with emphasis on the ability of investigation and study, analysis and decision making, resolving contradictions and resolving disputes, and organizing propaganda and service. To adhere to and develop the mass line, we should master scientific methods of mass work, and focus on combining, guiding and communicating well.
