1949-1956年中国共产党利益整合能力建设研究

【摘要】：利益整合能力建设是中国共产党执政能力建设的重要组成部分。党的利益整合能力建设是当今学术界研究的热点问题之一，是学者们从政治学、社会学的角度研究党的执政能力建设的新视阈。所谓利益整合就是通过多种方式，在保证各群体利益的基础上，使各个部分合理、有序的组合起来，，构成一个利益共同体，以达到社会内部结构的平衡，提高社会有机体的整体效能。执政党的利益整合能力已成为衡量执政党执政成败的重要尺度。 1949—1956年，是中国社会转形期，是共产党开始全国执政的一个关键时期。党在这一时期面临的困难和挑战是前所未有的，即便如此，在短短的几年里，中国共产党集全党全国人民的智慧，完成了人民政权的巩固，国民经济的恢复与发展，社会主义改造等历史任务。利益整合能力建设是党全面执政后一项具有开创性意义的党建活动。中国共产党把马克思主义建党学说同中国共产党建党实际情况相结合并加以创造性地运用，通过开展理论学习，发扬党内民主与加强政治协商，进行制度建设与创新，发起整风整党运动，进一步提高党的利益整合能力，尽力维护好、实现好、发展好人民群众的各项利益。党在建国初期的利益整合能力建设，积累了宝贵经验。总结经验，展望未来，进一步加强新时期党的利益整合能力建设，正确处理各种社会利益关系，实现党内和谐与社会和谐。
[Abstract]:The ability of interest integration is an important part of the construction of the ruling ability of the Communist Party of China. The construction of the Party's ability to integrate the interests of the Party is one of the hot issues in the academic field. It is a new perspective for the scholars to study the Party's ruling ability from the angle of political science and sociology. The so-called interest integration means that through various ways and on the basis of guaranteeing the interests of the various groups, the various parts can be rationally and orderly combined to form a community of interests, in order to achieve the balance of the internal structure of the society.
