邓小平人本管理思想及其方法论启示

【摘要】:邓小平高度重视发挥管理在社会发展过程中的重要作用。他在坚持唯物史观关于人民群众是历史创造者的基本原理指导下,继承和发扬了传统文化中民本思想的积极方面,同时又结合时代要求和中国特色社会主义建设实践,形成了独具特色的人本管理思想。本文主要从管理主体、干群关系、价值旨归、制度建设、科学方法和权力运行六个方面阐释了邓小平人本管理思想,并从科学管理、民主管理和目标管理三个方面探讨了其方法论启示。
[Abstract]:Deng Xiaoping attaches great importance to giving play to the important role of management in the process of social development. Guided by the basic principle that the masses of the people are the creators of history, he inherited and carried forward the positive aspects of the people-oriented thinking in the traditional culture, and at the same time combined with the requirements of the times and the practice of building socialism with Chinese characteristics. Has formed the unique characteristic person-based management thought. This paper mainly explains Deng Xiaoping's humanistic management thought from six aspects: management subject, relationship between cadres and masses, value purport, system construction, scientific method and power operation. Three aspects of democratic management and objective management are discussed.
