分配正义:共产主义的逻辑起点——基于《共产党宣言》的分析与思考

【摘要】：经由《共产党宣言》,在不断向共产主义社会靠近、共产主义理想社会目标及其内在分配正义标准在较短时间内难以实现的情况下,共产主义的论理逻辑起点是社会形态意义上之社会制度的分配正义问题。共产主义或社会主义社会之社会制度的分配正义标准是一种"人"标准,亦即"让人成为人而不让人产生异化"这一共产主义力图实现的根本目的。共产主义运动能否成功或社会主义事业能否保持稳定的关键在于,欲图踏上或业已踏上共产主义或社会主义道路的社会在其社会实践的过程中,在社会生产关系层面上能否努力或不断地向共产主义理想社会目标及其内在分配正义标准靠拢,持续解放和发展社会生产力。
[Abstract]:Through the Communist Manifesto, when the communist society is getting closer and closer, the ideal social goal of communism and its inherent standard of distributive justice are difficult to achieve in a relatively short period of time. The logical starting point of communism is the distribution justice of social system in the sense of social formation. The criterion of distributive justice in the social system of communism or socialism is a kind of "human" standard, that is, "making people become people without alienating them", which is the fundamental aim that communism tries to achieve. The key to the success of the communist movement or to the stability of the socialist cause lies in the social practice of societies that wish or have embarked on the path of communism or socialism. On the level of social relations of production, can we make great efforts or constantly close to the ideal social goal of communism and its inner standard of distribution justice, and continuously liberate and develop the social productive forces.
