列宁晚年社会主义文化建设思想及其当代价值

【摘要】：列宁认为文化建设是苏俄社会主义建设的一个重要组成部分。列宁把经济建设和文化建设作为苏俄建设的两大任务，并且苏俄当前最紧迫任务就是要进行一场彻底改变俄国文化落后状态的“文化革命”。列宁的文化建设理论丰富和发展了马克思主义的文化学说，科学地解决了在文化落后的国家进行社会主义革命和社会建设所面临的诸多难题，对于处于社会主义初级阶段的中国的社会主义建设有着重大的指导和借鉴意义。本文共分四个部分。第一部分是绪论，主要阐述了列宁文化建设思想课题的选题缘由和研究意义、国内外研究现状综述、本文主要的研究过程和研究方法、创新点以及可能存在的一些不足之处。第二部分，主要阐述阻碍苏俄文化建设的主要的障碍性因素，列宁从落后的国情、文化建设与政治建设、经济建设的关系入手,分析在苏俄进行社会主义“文化革命”的必要性。第三部分，重点阐述列宁在文化建设途径上的具体方法。从全面加强社会主义理论与思想道德建设、加大教育投资并加强教师队伍建设、构建全面的教育体系、突出加强农村文化建设,科学对待人类社会一切文化遗产等方面分析列宁的文化建设的主要方法。第四部分,在经济、政治、文化三位协调发展,提升文化建设的包容性，，大力弘扬民族文化以提高民族自豪感和民族凝聚力,贯彻“科教兴国”战略以发展国民教育事业，加大民族文化输出以提高文化的国际影响力和竞争力为主的五个方面论述列宁文化建设理论的当代价值。
[Abstract]:Lenin believed that cultural construction is an important part of Soviet socialist construction. Lenin regarded economic construction and cultural construction as the two major tasks of Soviet Russian construction, and the most urgent task of Soviet Russia at present is to carry out a "cultural revolution" that completely changes the backward state of Russian culture. Lenin's theory of cultural construction enriches and develops Marxist theory of culture and scientifically solves many difficult problems in carrying out socialist revolution and social construction in culturally backward countries. It is of great guiding and referential significance to the socialist construction of China in the primary stage of socialism. This paper is divided into four parts. The first part is the introduction, which mainly expounds the reason and significance of Lenin's cultural construction topic, the current research situation at home and abroad, the main research process and research methods, the innovation points and some possible deficiencies. In the second part, the author mainly expounds the main obstacle factors that hinder the cultural construction of Soviet Russia. Lenin starts with the backward national conditions, the relationship between cultural construction and political construction, and economic construction. The necessity of carrying out socialist "cultural revolution" in Soviet Russia is analyzed. The third part focuses on Lenin's specific ways of cultural construction. From comprehensively strengthening the socialist theory and ideological and moral construction, increasing the educational investment and strengthening the construction of the teaching staff, constructing a comprehensive education system and strengthening the rural cultural construction, The main methods of Lenin's cultural construction are analyzed from the aspects of scientific treatment of all cultural heritage of human society. The fourth part, in the economic, political and cultural three coordinated development, enhance the inclusive of cultural construction, vigorously promote national culture to enhance national pride and national cohesion, carry out the strategy of "rejuvenating the country through science and education" in order to develop the cause of national education. This paper discusses the contemporary value of Lenin's theory of cultural construction from five aspects of increasing the export of national culture to enhance the international influence and competitiveness of culture.
