列宁培养革命和建设人才思想研究

【摘要】:人才问题是关系社会发展进步的重要问题之一,如何在群众中发现、培养、选拔对社会主义建设发展有益的人才,更是我国目前需要面对的紧迫任务。虽然当今中国与列宁时期的苏联在发达和进步程度上有着较大的差别,但中国的社会主义道路,与苏联的发展进程却不乏相似之处。因此,深入研究列宁的诸多人才理念,有助于为我国社会主义人才建设提供可行性借鉴。本文通过对列宁培养革命和建设人才的思想进行深入研究来获得其对我国人才工作的重要启示,从而进一步推动我国人才建设的实践。 本文以列宁培养革命和建设人才思想研究为主题,综合运用了文献研究法、分析归纳法、历史与现实相结合法等研究方法,秉着继承、发展的态度对列宁人才思想的内容进行整合归纳、历史脉络进行梳理,概括出列宁人才思想的独特之处和对我国人才工作的重要启示。本文共分为三个部分。 第一部分主要阐述了列宁人才理论的思想根基和实践基础。首先,从对人才这一概念的具体剖析引出列宁所阐述的人才理念。第二,分析列宁人才思想的理论来源和实践基础,肯定列宁关于培养革命和建设人才的思想不是无本之源。第三,理清了列宁人才思想的发展历程,对不同历史时期的列宁人才理论的侧重点进行把握。 第二部分主要研究了列宁关于培养革命和建设人才思想的内容和特点。该部分是本文的研究重点,主要对列宁发现人才的方法、培养人才的途径、保护人才的方式进行了分析和研究。对列宁针对各行各业的人才提出的详细培养方案进行了具体分析,其中包括对职业革命家的重视、对旧资产阶级人才的合理利用、对青年人才的信任等。 第三部分主要分析了列宁人才思想的当代价值。首先,肯定了列宁人才思想是对马克思主义人才思想的发展,使马克思关于人才的诸多设想得以实现,让其思想从晦涩的理论变成生动的实践,对社会主义国家人才建设具有深远的意义。第二,着重阐述列宁人才思想在中国的继承和发展,即中国共产党对人才思想的理论和实践探索。第三,,充分肯定了列宁人才思想的重要意义和当代价值。
[Abstract]:The problem of talents is one of the important problems related to the development and progress of the society. How to find, train and select talents beneficial to the development of socialist construction among the masses is an urgent task that our country needs to face at present. Although there are great differences between China and the Soviet Union in Lenin's period in the degree of development and progress, the socialist road of China is similar to the development process of the Soviet Union. Therefore, a thorough study of Lenin's ideas of talents is helpful to provide a feasible reference for the construction of socialist talents in China. In this paper, Lenin's thought of training revolution and building talents is deeply studied in order to obtain its important enlightenment to the work of talents in our country, so as to further promote the practice of talent construction in our country. This paper takes Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents as the theme, and comprehensively applies the methods of literature research, analysis and induction, the combination of history and reality, and inherits. The attitude of development integrates the content of Lenin's talent thought, combs the historical thread, and generalizes the uniqueness of Lenin's talent thought and the important enlightenment to the talent work of our country. This paper is divided into three parts. The first part mainly elaborated Lenin talented person theory thought foundation and the practice foundation. First of all, from the specific analysis of the concept of talent, Lenin elaborated the concept of talent. Secondly, it analyzes the theoretical and practical basis of Lenin's thought on talents, and affirms that Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents is not without roots. Thirdly, it clarifies the development course of Lenin's talent thought, and grasps the emphasis of Lenin's talent theory in different historical periods. The second part mainly studies the content and characteristic of Lenin's thought of cultivating revolution and building talents. This part is the focus of this paper, mainly on Lenin to discover the method of talent, training the way of talent, the way to protect the talent were analyzed and studied. This paper makes a concrete analysis of Lenin's detailed training scheme for talents in various professions, including the attention paid to professional revolutionaries, the rational utilization of old bourgeois talents, and the trust of young talents, and so on. The third part mainly analyzes the contemporary value of Lenin's talent thought. First of all, it affirms that Lenin's talent thought is the development of Marxist talent thought, so that many of Marx's ideas on talent can be realized, and his ideas have changed from obscure theory to vivid practice. It is of great significance to the construction of talents in socialist countries. Secondly, the paper expounds the inheritance and development of Lenin's talent thought in China, that is, the Communist Party of China's theoretical and practical exploration of talent thought. Third, fully affirmed the important significance and contemporary value of Lenin's talent thought.
