社会主义建设史上的首次改革——列宁新经济政策的实质及其意义再评

【摘要】：列宁于1921年春领导俄国人民实行的新经济政策是社会主义建设史上的首次改革。它源于社会主义的理论原则和实践生活的内在矛盾。改革的实质是如何正确认识和处理市场关系与社会主义的结合,其本体意义关涉社会主义的本质。从初次改革的源头上总结和反思其成功和失败的经验教训,可以给我们提供诸多历史的启示和借鉴。
[Abstract]:Lenin's new economic policy under the leadership of the Russian people in the spring of 1921 was the first reform in the history of socialist construction. It originates from the inner contradiction between the theory principle of socialism and the practice life. The essence of reform is how to correctly understand and deal with the combination of market relation and socialism, and its Noumenon significance concerns the essence of socialism. Summing up and reflecting on the experience and lessons of its success and failure from the source of the initial reform can provide us with many historical revelations and lessons for reference.
