马克思人学视角下的智慧城市研究

【摘要】：随着人口的增加,作为承载人们居住、生产及生活的城市规模不断扩大,城市中原有的住房空间、公路交通、基础设施、公共安全、生产生活等方面早已不能满足人们日益增长的物质文化需求,城市原有的结构发生了改变,城市的功能也日益异化。尤其在2008年金融危机的影响下IBM率先提出的应对全球金融危机的一个智能项目——智慧地球,智慧城市作为智慧地球的重要结构组成迅速兴起,我国也非常重视智慧城市建设,并将智慧城市建设纳入国家建设体系。如何建设智慧城市是一种政府治理行为问题,但如何认识智慧城市,探讨构成智慧城市的核心要素却是一个哲学命题。城市的核心构成要素很多,如:技术、人、资本、空间等等方面。以往学者们经常从信息技术、物理空间等维度对智慧城市进行探究,存在着哲学路径研究的缺失,而人学思想深刻的蕴含于马克思的理论学说之中,是其核心更是一个不变的主题。马克思在论战中,在辨证理解和辨析各种矛盾的关系中开辟出一条人学的道路。本文分为六个部分,第一部分为导言,在智慧城市时代意义的基础上,引出智慧城市探索的新路径——马克思人学的视角;第二部分为智慧城市及其要素构成,通过阐述智慧城市建设的理论依据及其战略目标,在前人的基础上进一步提出笔者关注的智慧城市的核心要素;人、空间、资本等;第三、四、五部从马克思主义人学视角分别深入探究智慧城市建设的活动主体——人的要素、智慧城市建设的场所——空间要素、智慧城市运行的动力与血液——资本要素三个基本维度在智慧城市建设中的重要意义与发展变化;第六部分为在马克思人学视角下发展智慧城市的意义。
[Abstract]:With the increase of population, the scale of the city, which is the carrier of people's living, production and life, is expanding, and the original housing space, road traffic, infrastructure, public safety in the city, Production and life and other aspects can not meet the increasing material and cultural needs of people, the original structure of the city has changed, and the functions of the city are increasingly dissimilated. Especially under the influence of the 2008 financial crisis, IBM first put forward an intelligent project to deal with the global financial crisis, that is, the intelligent earth. As an important structure composition of the intelligent earth, the intelligent city is rising rapidly, and our country also attaches great importance to the construction of the intelligent city. And the wisdom of urban construction into the national construction system. How to build a smart city is a kind of government governance behavior problem, but how to understand the wisdom city and explore the core elements of the intelligent city is a philosophical proposition. The core components of the city are many, such as: technology, people, capital, space and so on. In the past, scholars often explored the wisdom city from the dimensions of information technology and physical space, and there was a lack of research on the philosophical path, while the humanistic thought was deeply embedded in Marx's theory of theory. Is its core is a constant theme. In the debate, Marx opened up a path of humanism in dialectical understanding and dialectical analysis of various contradictions. This article is divided into six parts, the first part is the introduction, on the basis of the meaning of the times of the intelligent city, leads to the new path of the exploration of the intelligent city-Marx's angle of view of human studies; The second part is the composition of wisdom city and its elements. By expounding the theoretical basis and strategic goal of the construction of intelligent city, the author further puts forward the core elements of intelligent city: people, space, capital and so on. In the third, fourth and fifth parts, from the perspective of Marxist anthropology, the author probes into the active main body of the construction of the intelligent city, the elements of human beings, the place of the construction of the intelligent city, and the element of space, respectively. The motive force and blood of the operation of the intelligent city: the important significance and development of the three basic dimensions of capital element in the construction of the intelligent city; The sixth part is the significance of developing the intelligent city from the angle of Marxist anthropology.
