马克思主义视野下的“文化全球化”研究

【摘要】：近年来,全球化作为热门话语受到了广泛而普遍的关注。“文化全球化”是指世界上的一切文化,以各种方式在“融合”和“互异”的共同作用下,在全球范围内的互动。“文化全球化”有其本质规定：各民族或国家的文化在全球范围之内,广泛而快速地交往、交流、互动、交融,致使每个文化体的发展、变化都与全球各个文化体之间密切相关的进程与趋势。 根据马克思主义基本观点,经济是基础,政治与文化是上层建筑,经济基础的变化必然会导致政治和文化中上层建筑的相应调整与变革,而经济全球化的出现也必然会导致文化全球化的应运而生。 全球化发端于经济领域,但已经有越来越多的学者认识到,全球化已从经济走向了思想与文化领域。经济全球化必将带来文化的多元化,而文化的多元化又是以文化的个性为前提的。各民族在发展经济的基础上相互促进、相互交往的同时,既有不同文化间的相互吸引和融合,又将不可避免地产生碰撞和冲突。全球性文化交流与融合已经形成不可阻挡之势,“文化全球化”作为文化发展的一种新趋势,已成为一种事实性存在。 “文化全球化”是一客观历史进程和趋势,是文化同质化与文化异质化交织共进的过程；“文化全球化”一经产生就将伴随人类长久存在着；在“文化全球化”的语境中,外部世界必然对当代中国文化产生重要的影响和作用,而且将反映在诸多方面。 “文化全球化”是一个动态的进程,那么就一定会有其发展的趋势与方向。“文化全球化”的发展趋势,既不是形成某种同质文化,也不是文化分裂,而是各个不同文化体在互动、交往过程中,逐渐地形成一个有机的文化系统的过程。 当前,作为发展中国家的中国由于在文化、意识形态、国家利益、社会制度等诸多方面与发达国家存在着较明显的分歧,于是自然而然地成为某些霸权主义国家进行文化颠覆和文化渗透的主要目标之一。这就决定了中国在未来必然面临非常严峻的文化安全挑战。以积极的态度、开阔的眼界、发展的办法,有建设性地思考和解决我国应对“文化全球化”问题的措施,才是我们的明智之选。 本文溯及“文化全球化”的来源,分析其认识视角,在此基础上论述了“文化全球化”的现状,追述到“文化全球化”的历史,初步探讨了“文化全球化”的特征,最后提出应对“文化全球化”的措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, globalization as a hot word has received extensive and universal attention. Cultural globalization refers to the interaction of all cultures in the world in various ways under the joint action of "fusion" and "mutual difference". The essence of "cultural globalization" is that the cultures of all nations or countries have extensive and rapid exchanges, interactions and blending in a global context, leading to the development of each cultural body. Changes are closely related to the processes and trends of cultures around the globe. According to the basic viewpoint of Marxism, economy is the foundation, politics and culture are superstructure, the change of economic base will inevitably lead to the corresponding adjustment and transformation of the superstructure in politics and culture. The emergence of economic globalization will inevitably lead to the emergence of cultural globalization. Globalization originated in the field of economy, but more and more scholars have realized that globalization has moved from economy to the field of thought and culture. Economic globalization will inevitably bring cultural pluralism, which is based on cultural individuality. On the basis of economic development, all ethnic groups promote each other and interact with each other. At the same time, there are not only mutual attraction and integration among different cultures, but also inevitable collisions and conflicts. Global cultural exchange and integration have formed an irresistible trend. As a new trend of cultural development, "cultural globalization" has become a de facto existence. "Cultural globalization" is an objective historical process and trend, is the process of cultural homogenization and cultural heterogeneity, "cultural globalization" as soon as it comes into being will accompany mankind for a long time. In the context of "cultural globalization", the external world will inevitably have an important impact on contemporary Chinese culture and will be reflected in many aspects. Cultural globalization is a dynamic process, so there must be a trend and direction of its development. The development trend of "cultural globalization" is neither a kind of homogeneous culture nor a cultural division, but a process in which different cultural bodies gradually form an organic cultural system in the process of interaction and communication. At present, as a developing country, China has obvious differences with developed countries in many aspects, such as culture, ideology, national interests, social system, etc. This naturally becomes one of the main targets of cultural subversion and cultural penetration in some hegemonic countries. This determines that China is bound to face a very serious cultural security challenge in the future. It is our wise choice to think constructively and solve the problem of "cultural globalization" with a positive attitude, a wide range of horizons, a method of development and a constructive consideration and solution to the problem of "cultural globalization" in our country. This paper traces the source of "cultural globalization", analyzes its cognitive perspective, discusses the present situation of "cultural globalization", traces the history of "cultural globalization", and probes into the characteristics of "cultural globalization". Finally, the measures to deal with the globalization of culture are put forward.
