2015年诉求办理情况通报

【摘要】:正2015年,在省委、省政府的领导下,各级政府部门和纪检监察机关通过民心网共为人民群众解决问题90974件,参与评星63885件,其中五星(含加星)56874件,四星6231件,三星758件,三星以下22件。办理反馈率95.93%,群众满意率87.67%。各地、各部门通过对民心网群众举报投诉问题的查处,给予党政纪处分468人,组织处理174人,追究刑事责任65人,治安处罚317人,收缴违规违纪金额4033.32万元,还利于民4.15亿元,促进公益性投入4.68亿元。
[Abstract]:In 2015, under the leadership of the provincial party committee and the provincial government, government departments and discipline inspection and supervision organs at all levels solved 90974 problems for the people through the people's Heart Network, participating in the evaluation of 63885 stars, of which 56874 were five-star (including Jiaxing), 6231 were four-star, and 758 were Samsung. Samsung below 22 pieces. The rate of handling feedback was 95.93 and the satisfaction rate of the masses was 87.67. In various localities, through the investigation and handling of complaints reported by the masses of the people's Heart Network, 468 party and government disciplinary sanctions have been given, 174 have been organized and dealt with, 65 have been investigated for criminal responsibility, 317 have been punished by public security, and a sum of 40.3332 million yuan has been collected for violations of discipline. Also benefit from the people 415 million yuan, promote public welfare investment of 468 million yuan.
