社会进步的评价标准及其对和谐社会构建的启示

【摘要】：社会进步是近年来专家学者都很关注的热门问题，，只要有人类社会的存在，那么社会进步问题就是一个永远值得人们关注的话题。在我们这个科技迅猛发展的时代，我们又怎样确认社会进步的标准呢？对社会进步标准的确定，无论对促进社会稳定、构建和谐社会以及社会的健康发展都有举足轻重的作用。本文通过四部分对社会进步评价标准及其对我国当代和谐社会的启示进行分析，在第一部分通过对古今中外社会进步标准的回望，总结出道德标准、自然标准、功利标准和自由标准，说明古代已有关于社会进步标准的评定。第二部分是马克思恩格斯关于社会进步的评价标准思想，主要包括（1）社会进步是生产力尺度和人的发展尺度的有机统一；（2）生产力尺度是马克思主义评价社会进步的根本标准；（3）人的发展尺度是马克思主义评价社会进步的最高标准；(4)人与自然的和谐是社会进步的重要标准。第三部分是我国当代对社会进步评价标准的探索，主要包括（1）党的几代领导核心如毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛对社会进步评价标准的探索；（2）学者们对社会进步评价标准的探索。第四部分是社会进步评价标准及其对和谐社会构建的启示，主要包括（1）社会进步评价标准的界定；（2）和谐社会视域下的社会进步评价标准；（3）社会进步评价标准对构建和谐社会的启示。笔者通过上述几个部分的讨论，通过对社会进步评价标准的历史追溯，指出社会进步评价标准的确定对我国构建和谐社会的启示作用，笔者在本文中围绕上述命题展开了大量的论述。虽深知远不能揭示其全貌，甚至不及“冰山一角”，但相信文中所涉及的一些内容还是可以为构建和谐社会提供一定的理论依据，笔者也期待本文能为构建和谐社会的研究添砖加瓦。
[Abstract]:Social progress is a hot issue that experts and scholars pay close attention to in recent years. As long as there is a human society, then social progress is a topic that people should always pay attention to. In this era of rapid development of science and technology, how can we confirm the standards of social progress? The determination of the standard of social progress plays an important role in promoting social stability, building a harmonious society and healthy development of society. This article through the four parts to the social progress appraisal standard and its enlightenment to our country contemporary harmonious society carries on the analysis, in the first part through the looking back to the ancient and modern social progress standard, summarizes the moral standard, the natural standard, Utilitarian and liberal standards indicate that there was an assessment of social progress standards in ancient times. The second part is Marx and Engels' thought on the evaluation criterion of social progress, which mainly includes: (1) Social progress is the organic unity of productivity scale and human development standard; (2) the criterion of productivity is the basic criterion of Marxist evaluation of social progress; (3) the criterion of human development is the highest standard of Marxist evaluation of social progress; (4) the harmony between man and nature is the important standard of social progress. The third part is the exploration of the evaluation criteria of social progress in contemporary China, including (1) the core of the leadership of the Party, such as Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin, Hu Jintao's exploration of the evaluation criteria of social progress; (2) the scholars' exploration of the evaluation criteria of social progress. The fourth part is the evaluation criteria of social progress and its inspiration to the construction of harmonious society, including (1) the definition of social progress evaluation criteria, (2) the evaluation criteria of social progress from the perspective of harmonious society, and (2) the evaluation criteria of social progress from the perspective of harmonious society. (3) the enlightenment of the evaluation standard of social progress to the construction of harmonious society. Through the discussion of the above-mentioned parts, the author points out the enlightening effect of the determination of the evaluation criteria of social progress on the construction of a harmonious society in our country by tracing back the history of the evaluation criteria of social progress. In this paper, the author has launched a large number of discussions around the above-mentioned proposition. Although it is well known that it is far from revealing its full picture, or even less than the "tip of the iceberg", it is believed that some of the contents involved in the paper can provide a certain theoretical basis for the construction of a harmonious society. I also look forward to this paper for the construction of a harmonious society to add bricks to the study.
