列宁的党报观及其当代启示研究

【摘要】：列宁的党报观是列宁关于无产阶级政党党报事业活动规律的一系列看法,是列宁对其党报实践活动的概括与总结,是关于无产阶级政党党报事业的宗旨、性质、方针、任务等一系列根本问题的基本观点。作为把马克思主义与俄国实际相结合的实践者、世界上第一个社会主义国家的开创者和列宁主义的缔造者,列宁在国际历史上有着无比寻常的重要地位,毋庸置疑,其党报观在党报研究领域占有着重要的地位。列宁自身的文化教育背景、所处时代的社会历史状况、丰富的新闻实践经验等都为列宁党报观的形成创造了条件;马克思和恩格斯的党报观是列宁党报观形成的理论来源。列宁的党报观是在俄国革命和建设过程中不断发展完善的,是从俄国现实的国情出发,经历了一个长且复杂的认识过程逐渐形成的。由于不同时期的国情不同,因而不同时期列宁的党报党刊实践活动也会有所不同,其思想上的反映—党报观也必然存在差异。根据俄国具体国情,分为两个时期来研究列宁的党报观,分别是十月革命之前列宁党报观的初步形成和十月革命之后列宁党报观的进一步发展。列宁党报观的主要内容包括以下七个方面:坚持马克思主义的办报方针;发挥党报的作用来重建党;党报的党性原则;出版自由;报刊要成为社会主义建设的工具;公开报道;树立榜样和在报刊上设立“黑榜”。列宁的党报观有鲜明的政治立场,具有政治性;列宁的党报观运用马克思主义的世界观和方法论去看待和解决党报问题,具有科学性;批判借鉴和吸收人类文明成果,不断丰富、发展,具有开放性;列宁会根据不同历史时期和发展阶段党的工作重心和工作任务来确定党报工作的重心和任务,由此,列宁的党报观是时代的产物,深深地带着时代的烙印,具有时代性;列宁的党报观是列宁在其领导的无产阶级革命实践中以及领导苏维埃国家进行社会主义建设实践中发展起来的,它源于列宁创办和编辑无产阶级党报工作的实践,又随着实践发展而不断发展,同时又对无产阶级党报的实践活动具有理论指导意义,因而,它还具有强烈的实践性。当今时代,随着社会的发展,我国的宣传思想文化工作正面临着前所未有的挑战,当今我国的党报事业面临着许多各种各样的新问题、新情况。列宁的党报观自它产生以来,就发挥过巨大的作用。列宁的党报观对如今我们的党报事业也具有非常大的启示意义:首先要一如既往地坚持党报的党性原则不动摇,引领社会思潮;其次,要发挥党报作用,引导社会舆论;最后,要注重改进党报的报道内容,切实做到以群众为中心。

Its view of party newspaper plays an important role in the research field of party newspaper. Lenin's own cultural and educational background, the social and historical conditions of the times, and rich experience in news practice have created conditions for the formation of Lenin's party newspaper view, and Marx and Engels' party newspaper view is the theoretical source of the formation of Lenin's party newspaper view. Lenin's view of party newspaper has been continuously developed and perfected in the process of Russian revolution and construction, and has been formed gradually through a long and complicated process of cognition based on the reality of Russia. Because of the different national conditions in different periods, Lenin's practice activities of the party newspapers and periodicals in different periods will also be different, and its ideological reflection-the view of the party newspaper must also be different. According to the specific situation of Russia, this paper divides into two periods to study Lenin's view of party newspaper, namely, the preliminary formation of Lenin's party newspaper view before the October Revolution and the further development of Lenin's party newspaper view after the October Revolution. The main contents of Lenin's view on the party newspaper include the following seven aspects: adhering to the Marxist principle of running newspapers; giving full play to the role of the party newspapers to rebuild the party; the principle of party spirit of the party newspapers; publishing freedom; newspapers and periodicals to become the tools of socialist construction; Set an example and set up a "black list" in the press. Lenin's view of party newspaper has distinct political stand and political character, and Lenin's view of party newspaper uses Marxist world outlook and methodology to treat and solve the problem of party newspaper, which is scientific. Critical use for reference and absorption of the achievements of human civilization, continuous enrichment, development, with openness; Lenin will determine the center of gravity and task of party newspaper work according to the center of work and task of the Party in different historical periods and development stages. Therefore, Lenin's view of party newspaper is the product of the times, deeply imprinted with the brand of the times, and has the character of the times. Lenin's view of party newspaper was developed by Lenin in the practice of proletarian revolution led by Lenin and in the practice of socialist construction in Soviet countries. It originated from Lenin's practice of founding and editing the work of proletarian party newspapers. With the development of practice, it also has theoretical guiding significance to the practice activities of proletarian party newspaper. Therefore, it also has strong practicality. Nowadays, with the development of society, the propaganda, ideological and cultural work of our country is facing unprecedented challenges. Nowadays, the cause of party newspaper in our country is facing many new problems and new situations. Lenin's view of party newspaper has played a great role since it came into being. Lenin's view of party newspaper also has great enlightening significance to our party newspaper cause today: first, we should adhere to the principle of party spirit of the party newspaper as always and lead the social trend of thought, secondly, we should give play to the role of the party newspaper and guide the public opinion. Finally, we should pay attention to improving the content of the party newspaper, and make the masses as the center.
