从“自我意识”到“国家与法的现实关系”——马克思早期考察自由问题的路径转换

【摘要】：实现人的全面自由和彻底解放,是马克思哲学思想的主线。但是,马克思考察自由问题的视角,并不是一步到位地落脚在实践唯物主义之上,其探索经历了一个不断发展的历史过程。学界在马克思早期思想理论变化的研究方面,主要有两种研究路径,一是考察马克思早期文本的理论内核,侧重文本与文本之间的逻辑关系;二是考察文本内容与马克思的社会实践活动的相关性,即现实对理论的关照。国内学界在第一种路径研究上探索颇多,而针对第二种路径,即现实关照理论的研究则相对较少。由此,本文结合黑格尔及青年黑格尔派的思想背景,以及青年马克思的社会活动和政治实践,分析马克思从"博士论文"阶段到《黑格尔法哲学》阶段的理论重心的变化,探求马克思早期自由观的视角发生的具体改变、以及促成这一改变的现实因素和外部推力。
[Abstract]:It is the main line of Marx's philosophy to realize the comprehensive freedom and complete liberation of human beings. However, Marx's perspective on freedom is not based on practical materialism in one step, and his exploration has gone through a historical process of continuous development. There are two main research paths in the study of Marx's early thought and theory change in academic circles, one is to investigate the theoretical core of Marx's early text, focusing on the logical relationship between text and text, the other is to investigate the correlation between text content and Marx's social practice, that is, the concern of reality on theory. There are many explorations in the study of the first path in domestic academic circles, while the research on the second path, that is, the theory of realistic care, is relatively few. Therefore, based on the ideological background of Hegelian and the young Hegelian school, as well as the social activities and political practice of young Marx, this paper analyzes the changes of Marx's theoretical center of gravity from the stage of doctoral thesis to the stage of Hegelian philosophy of Law, and explores the concrete changes in the perspective of Marx's early view of freedom, as well as the realistic factors and external thrust that contributed to this change.
