列宁干部队伍建设思想研究

【摘要】：拥有一支高素质的干部队伍,对于任何一个国家或政权来说都是极其重要的。以列宁为首的布尔什维克党正是因为拥有这样一支精干的干部队伍,所以才能够摧毁旧的、腐朽的国家政权,取得十月革命的伟大胜利。十月革命胜利以后,巩固新生的苏维埃政权成为列宁担心的新问题。然而党和国家机关却呈现出干部匮乏、人才奇缺的现象,因此,列宁在其担任苏维埃领导职务的五年多的时间里,对干部队伍建设问题进行了深入探索和实践,形成了从干部的选拔和任用、干部的教育和培养到对干部队伍进行管理的一整套干部队伍建设的思想体系。本论文对列宁干部队伍建设思想的研究主要采取以下思路：首先,从历史的角度探寻列宁干部队伍建设思想的理论来源和形成背景；其次,对列宁干部队伍建设思想的主要内容及其所关切的主要问题进行梳理和归纳；最后,结合我国当前实际,探讨列宁干部队伍建设思想的现实启示。在研究方法上,本文以文献解读的方法对原著进行研读,以分析归纳的方法认真梳理列宁有关干部队伍建设思想的相关话语,并结合相关语境和社会历史环境探讨其干部队伍建设思想的主要内容,把握其思想精髓。最后,以理论联系实际的方法把列宁关于干部队伍建设的思想与我国当前干部队伍建设的实践相结合,寻求二者之间的内在联系,并对其作出合乎时代、合乎实践需要的新诠释,进而推动马克思主义关于干部队伍建设理论的中国化进程。
[Abstract]:Having a contingent of high-quality cadres is of great importance for any country or regime. The Bolshevik Party, led by Lenin, is because it has such a fine cadre of cadres, so that the old and corrupt state power can be destroyed and the great victory of the October Revolution can be achieved. After the victory of the October Revolution, the consolidation of the new Soviet regime became a new problem for Lenin. However, in the past five years, Lenin made an in-depth exploration and practice of the problem of the construction of the cadres, and formed the selection and appointment of the cadres. The education of the cadres and the development of the ideological system of the construction of a complete set of cadres for the management of the cadres.
