邓小平在拨乱反正中的历史作用

【摘要】：改革开放三十多年，中国发展取得了令世界瞩目的成就。做为第二领导集体核心的邓小平为党和国家发展做出了不可磨灭的贡献。“文化大革命”十年，党和国家遭受了巨大灾难，，政治路线“左”倾，思想路线错误，经济发展增速放缓，冤假错案频发。“文革”后的领导人没能担负起国家发展，民族振兴的历史使命。面对百废待兴的局面，邓小平把马列主义同中国实际相结合，通过一系列行之有效的拨乱反正措施，使中国发展重新走到正确的轨道上来。在思想上，批判“两个凡是”的错误方针，支持并倡导真理标准大讨论。从反对本本主义出发，破除思想僵化，正确评价评价毛泽东历史地位和毛泽东思想科学体系。从不同角度对思想路线进行拨乱反正。在政治方面，邓小平提出回归到实事求是的正确路线，提出把工作重点从阶级斗争转移到经济建设上来。通过审查纠正一些错误结论，正确处理“文革”时期遗留问题。邓小平积极主张政治体制改革，倡导实行集体领导，防止个人崇拜，个人决定重大问题的现象发生。推动政党分开，改变事事由党管的局面。精简机构，提高效率，解决机构臃肿问题。通过一系列手段推进了政治领域的拨乱反正。在教育科技方面，努力推动教育科技发展，提出教育的三个面向。端正知识分子政策，使我党在知识分子问题上真正迈开步子。在组织路线上，通过平凡冤家错案，加强干部队伍建设等措施，进行了卓有成效的拨乱反正。在当下重提拨乱反正的现实意义，借鉴拨乱反正的历史经验，就必须坚持解放思想、实事求是，把马列主义同中国实际相结合，在实践中推断理论创新，走中国特色的社会主义道路。这样才能谱写中华民族振兴的伟大篇章。
[Abstract]:Over the past 30 years of reform and opening up, China has made remarkable achievements in its development. As the core of the second leading collective, Deng Xiaoping made indelible contributions to the development of the party and the country. In the ten years of the "Cultural Revolution," the party and the state have suffered great disasters, the political line has been "left" leaning, the ideological line has been wrong, the growth rate of economic development has slowed down, and false cases have occurred frequently. After the Cultural Revolution, the leaders failed to shoulder the historical mission of national development and national revitalization. Deng Xiaoping actively advocated the reform of the political system, advocated collective leadership, prevented the worship of personality and determined major problems by individuals. We will promote the separation of political parties and change the situation that everything is under the control of the Party. Simplify the organization, improve efficiency, solve the problem of bloated organization. Through a series of means to promote chaos in the political field. In the aspect of educational science and technology, we should strive to promote the development of educational science and technology and put forward three orientations of education. Correct intellectual policy, so that our party on the intellectual issue really make progress. On the organizational line, measures such as mishandling by ordinary friends and strengthening the building of the contingent of cadres have been carried out effectively. At present, it is necessary to emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, combine Marxism-Leninism with China's reality, infer theoretical innovation in practice and take the socialist road with Chinese characteristics for reference to the historical experience of rectifying chaos.
