福祉三角投向与人口流动实证研究

【摘要】：我国城镇化率自1996年末突破30%至2011年末突破50%,城市数量与人口获得极大发展,区域间人口的大规模流动现象也逐渐凸显。在地区差异的宏观背景下,目前的人口流动整体上具有东部向中西部地区回流、大城市间的转移,以及转移规模扩大化的趋势。进一步从福祉地理学角度进行剖析,产业人口更趋向于"工业增长极"流动、高素质人才则持续向东部及中西部一线城市的"人才高地"聚集,而人口流动也逐渐将社会与空间福祉纳入综合衡量,福祉诉求由"生存"向"发展"递进。未来,通过应用经济增长、社会公平与空间环境福祉三角的演替耦合规律,适度引导区域人口流动,可实现地区差距的收敛。
[Abstract]:From end of 1996 to end of 2011, the urbanization rate of our country broke through 30% to end of 2011, the number of cities and population developed greatly, and the phenomenon of large-scale population flow between regions gradually became prominent. The current population flow as a whole has the trend of the return of the east to the central and western regions, the transfer between big cities, and the expansion of the transfer scale. Further analysis is made from the perspective of well-being geography. The industrial population tends to flow in the "industrial growth pole", and the high-quality talents continue to gather in the "talent highlands" of the first-tier cities in the east and the central and western regions, and the population mobility is gradually integrating social and spatial well-being into a comprehensive measure. In the future, by applying the coupling law of economic growth, social equity and spatial environmental welfare triangle, the regional population flow can be properly guided and the regional gap can be converged.
