我国流动人口社会保障参保影响因素研究——基于2014年全国流动人口动态监测数据的分析

【摘要】：基于2014年全国流动人口动态监测数据,分析当前我国流动人口的社会保障现状,通过Logit模型考察流动人口社保参保率的影响因素。研究发现:我国流动人口社保参保率偏低,且内部阶层差异明显;除工作特征和区域因素外,个体特征对社保参保率的影响也很大,这表明流动人口在社会保障的获取上有一定的主动权。因此,政府应完善流动人口社会保障的制度设计,以吸引企业和流动人口参加,让流动人口能共享城市的公共资源和服务,促进社会公平正义。
[Abstract]:Based on the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in China in 2014, this paper analyzes the current social security situation of the floating population in China, and investigates the influencing factors of the social security insurance participation rate of the floating population through the Logit model. The study finds that the social security insurance rate of the floating population in our country is on the low side. In addition to the work characteristics and regional factors, the individual characteristics also have a great impact on the social security participation rate, which indicates that the floating population has a certain initiative in the access to social security. The government should perfect the system design of social security for floating population, so as to attract enterprises and floating population to participate, so that the floating population can share the public resources and services of the city and promote social fairness and justice.
