深圳市人口资源分布与商业银行网点建设思路

【摘要】: 我国商业银行经历了几十年的高速发展和扩张,取得的成绩有目共睹,但面对深圳市人口资源规模、结构类型发生的变化,传统商业银行特别是中、农、工、建四大行的网点建设与先进的外资行相比应对不足,分布不科学、功能单一、分区设置不合理、各商业银行对营业网点选址和新设偏重财务约束管理、内部网点建设审批层级多、手续繁琐及效率不理想等问题突出存在。 本文通过分析深圳市人口资源分布,结合国内外银行业间的先进经验和理论,力图建立一种定性与定量相结合、层次化、系统化的决策方法。通过将这种方法论狭义地运用于商业银行网点选址问题,有助于科学地比较、分析、判断和评估影响目标的若干因素,从而实现决策的科学化。本文将通过一些比较阐明这种方法较以往依赖主观经验的做法有着更强的说服力和优越性。 同时,本文将对深圳在国内独具的地缘优势,包括城市、交通、各区房地产及物业情况等与国内其它地方不尽相同的属性进行探究,而目前大多数国内商业银行倾向于使用的开放决策方法在深圳变得不合时宜,它不具备递阶层次结构或立体多维度结构,因此无法随着决策问题的复杂程度以及决策人的偏好而加以修正和扩充,灵活度偏低。 为了解决这一问题,我们认为首先可以引入层次分析法和GIS与量本利模型,对深圳独具特色的市场加以研究,找准中心点,规划辐射圈,最终形成渠道建设回报收益回归模型;其次,在构造模型时,要注意同一层次的各个因素应具有互斥性;最后,在进行比较时,为避免主观判断意见偏颇,应尽量采取专家集体判断法。只有这样,主观与客观相结合、数据支持与实践经验相结合,渠道建设方法的有效性才能得到保证。
[Abstract]:China's commercial banks have experienced decades of rapid development and expansion, and the achievements are obvious to all. However, in the face of the changes in the scale of population resources and structural types in Shenzhen, traditional commercial banks, especially Chinese, agricultural and industrial banks, Compared with the advanced foreign banks, the construction of the network of the four major banks is inadequate, the distribution is unscientific, the function is single, the district setting is unreasonable, and the commercial banks pay more attention to the location of the business network and the new financial constraint management. The internal network construction examination and approval level is many, the formalities is tedious and the efficiency is not ideal and so on the question prominent existence. By analyzing the distribution of population resources in Shenzhen City and combining the advanced experience and theory between domestic and foreign banks, this paper tries to establish a kind of qualitative and quantitative combination and hierarchy. The systematic decision-making method. By applying this methodology narrowly to the location problem of commercial bank network, it is helpful to scientifically compare, analyze, judge and evaluate several factors that affect the target. This paper will show that this method is more persuasive and superior than the previous method which relies on subjective experience. At the same time, this paper will explore the unique geographical advantages of Shenzhen in China, including the city, transportation, real estate and property situation in different areas with other parts of the country. At present, most domestic commercial banks tend to use an open decision method that is not appropriate in Shenzhen. It does not have a hierarchical structure or a three-dimensional multi-dimensional structure. Therefore, it can not be modified and expanded with the complexity of the decision making problem and the preference of the decision makers, and the flexibility is on the low side. In order to solve this problem, we think that we can first introduce the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), GIS and the quantitative Beneficiality Model to study the unique market in Shenzhen, find the center point and plan the radiation circle. Finally, the return return regression model of channel construction is formed. Secondly, when constructing the model, we should pay attention to the mutual exclusion of each factor at the same level. Finally, in order to avoid the bias of subjective judgment, Only in this way can the effectiveness of channel construction method be guaranteed by combining subjective and objective, data support and practical experience.
