【摘要】：社会融合问题在社会转型过程中尤其突出。西方国家大多经过了工业化、城市化、现代化的社会转型过程,西方学者最早开始关注这一问题,提出了社会融合这一概念,并逐步发展形成了社会融合理论。改革开放30年来,我国经济社会发生了深刻变化,正处于社会深度转型重要时期,与西方国家工业化、城市化、现代化过程极其相似。当前我国正经历着房价飙升、物价过高、大学生就业难、富士康连环跳等一系列社会问题。本文以深圳女性流动人口的社会融合为观察对象,试图从社会融合理论出发,寻求对这些社会问题的成因解释及其解决答案。本人以国内外已有的社会融合理论与实践为旨趣,结合深圳女性流动人口的调查数据的观察,运用具有普遍适应性的TOPSIS分析方法,分别从经济、社会和心理三个维度剖析和观测深圳女性流动人口的社会融合进程。结果发现,社会融合不是一层不变的单维度概念,而是动态的、渐进式的、多维度的、互动的,是一个阶段性的社会问题。社会融合的程度又直接影响到城市化的进程,最终左右经济的发展以及政府的决策,是一个不容回避的问题。提高社会融合度需要从流动人口、流入城市以及国家三个层面思考对策。
[Abstract]:The problem of social integration is especially prominent in the process of social transformation. Most of the western countries have gone through the process of industrialization, urbanization and modernization. Western scholars first began to pay attention to this problem and put forward the concept of social integration. After 30 years of reform and opening up to the outside world, China's economy and society have undergone profound changes and are in an important period of deep social transformation. The process of modernization is very similar. At present, China is experiencing a series of social problems, such as soaring house prices, excessive prices, difficult employment for college students, and the chain jump of Foxconn. This article looks at the social integration of female floating population in Shenzhen. Based on the theory of social integration, this paper tries to find out the causes of these social problems and their solutions. Based on the existing theories and practices of social integration at home and abroad, combined with the observation of the survey data of female floating population in Shenzhen, I apply the TOPSIS analysis method with universal adaptability to analyze the economy. This paper analyzes and observes the process of social integration of female floating population in Shenzhen from the three dimensions of social and psychological. The results show that social integration is not a single dimensional concept, but dynamic, progressive, multi-dimensional, interactive. The degree of social integration has a direct impact on the process of urbanization. Ultimately, it is an unavoidable problem to influence the economic development and the government's decision. Flow into the city as well as the three levels of national thinking countermeasures.
