客观认识我国生育政策的调整和完善

【摘要】：最近几年,我国人口学界的研究视角聚焦在人口政策上,影响了广大民众对计划生育的态度。从放开"单独"二孩到全面实施一对夫妇可生育两个孩子政策的出台,把社会对生育政策的关注度推向了高潮,成为热议话题,众说纷纭。总体上看,指责计划生育(主要针对一孩生育政策)的偏多,基层计划生育工作者面对巨大的社会舆论压力。为应对人口婚育发展趋势的新变化,国家和家庭应采取积极互动的办法,未雨绸缪,防止"少子化"倾向在我国蔓延。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the research perspective of population circles in China has focused on population policy, which has affected the attitude of the general public towards family planning. From opening up the "single" two-child policy to fully implementing the policy of having two children for a couple, The attention paid by society to the fertility policy has been pushed to a climax and has become a hot topic of discussion. On the whole, the number of people who blame family planning (mainly aimed at one-child birth policy) is on the high side. In order to cope with the new changes in the trend of population, marriage and childbearing, the state and the family should take positive and interactive measures to make good preparations ahead of time to prevent the spread of the tendency of "minority children" in our country.
