陈云倡导的“只生一个”是“大仁政”

【摘要】：1980年后中国实行严格的计划生育政策,陈云是"只生一个"政策的坚定支持者。在此后的30多年间,几经调整的计划生育政策,为中国人口数量的有效控制和经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。我们在梳理陈云关于计划生育的决断中,进一步理解了他作为共产党人的民族大义和赤子情怀。面对今天人口问题出现的新形势和新变化,陈云的长远眼光,以及综合平衡、统筹兼顾等思想原则,启示我们在坚持计划生育长期性的同时,适应时代的发展变化,不断改革并努力构建符合中国国情和人口发展规律的生育政策。
[Abstract]:Chen Yun was a staunch supporter of China's strict one-child policy after 1980.In the following 30 years, the adjusted family planning policy has made great contributions to the effective control of China's population and economic and social development.In combing Chen Yun's decision on family planning, we further understand his national righteousness and feelings as a communist.In the face of the new situation and new changes in today's population problems, Chen Yun's long-term vision, as well as the ideological principles of comprehensive balance and overall consideration, enlighten us that while adhering to the long-term nature of family planning, we should adapt to the development and changes of the times.Continuous reform and efforts to build a fertility policy in line with China's national conditions and the law of population development.
