长吉图开发开放先导区人口与经济协调发展研究

【摘要】：2009年8月30日,中国国务院批准了《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要——以长吉图为开发开放先导区》,标志着长吉图开发开放先导区成为国家战略,成为推动大图们江地区国际开发的重要载体。长吉图先导区作为中国批准实施的第一个沿边开发开放区域,不仅给吉林省的社会经济发展和对外开放提供了前所未有的机遇,而且对于促进东北老工业基地振兴,推动图们江地区国际开发和东北亚区域合作具有重要意义。本文在分析吉图开发开放先导区经济发展和对外开放的基础上,重点研究长吉图先导区人口数量、结构、就业、分布、迁移等方面,探讨长吉图先导区内人口分布与经济发展的关系,分析先导区人口与经济协调发展面临问题和解决对策。
[Abstract]:On August 30, 2009, the State Council of China approved the outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning-taking Changji Tu as the development and opening leading area, which marks the development of the Changjitu open pilot area as a national strategy. To become an important carrier to promote the international development of the Tumen River area. As the first frontier development and opening area approved by China, the Changjitu pilot area not only provides an unprecedented opportunity for the social and economic development and opening up of Jilin Province, but also promotes the revitalization of the old industrial base in northeast China. It is of great significance to promote international development in the Tumen River region and regional cooperation in Northeast Asia. Based on the analysis of the economic development and opening to the outside world, this paper focuses on the population quantity, structure, employment, distribution, migration and so on. This paper probes into the relationship between population distribution and economic development in Changjitu-Pioneer area, and analyzes the problems and solutions to the coordinated development of population and economy in the pilot area.
