东北地区流出人口与区域内流动人口的收入差异分析

【摘要】：我国改革开放以来,经济发展重心向沿海城市转移,我国的流动人口数量急剧增长,特别是东北地区的流动人口规模相对较大近年来东北地区的人口流失现象一直被社会广为关注。人口迁移流动中国社会转型、经济转变的重大社会现象。东北的经济问题与发达地区的经济发展相比突显出来,而大量的人口流失使得东北地区的经济问题更加严峻。本文以收入的角度为切入点来研究影响流动人口收入的问题。首先,本文通过总结归纳国内外有关人口迁移流动的理论、流动人口的收入差异等文献,提出一个研究的设想和思路。其次过对国家卫计委流动人口司的“2013年流动人口动态监测调查”中东北地区的流动人口样本作为研究对象,进行分类研究。第一对调查数据进行描述性统计分析,先从东北流出人口与区域内流动人口的人口特征出发,得出两种流动类型的人口特征差异。第二从性别、年龄、受教育程度的角度分析东北流出人口与区域内流动人口的收入差异。第三以收入作为因变量,以性别、年龄、受教育程度、就业行业、单位性质等作为自变量,用次序逻辑(order logistic)模型对两类流动人口分别进行回归建模,来解释收入的影响因素,并且对比在东北地区区域内流动的人口与东北流出人口的收入差异,并结合实际情况,得出分析与结论。最后,针对本文的研究结果,得出了东北地区流动人口社会状况和收入状况方面的结论,根据得出的结论,提出了合理发展东北经济的政策建议,对东北地区的人口流动与人口流失有一个正确认识和理解,对收入的影响因素有更加深刻的理解。
[Abstract]:Since China's reform and opening up, the focus of economic development has shifted to coastal cities, and the number of floating population in China has increased dramatically. In particular, the scale of floating population in Northeast China is relatively large in recent years, the phenomenon of population loss has been widely concerned by the society. Population migration and migration China's social transformation and economic transformation of the major social phenomenon. Compared with the economic development of the developed regions, the economic problems in Northeast China are highlighted, and a large number of population loss makes the economic problems in the Northeast region more severe. This text regards income angle as the breakthrough point to study the problem that affects the income of floating population. First of all, by summarizing and summarizing the theories of population migration at home and abroad, the income difference of floating population and so on, this paper puts forward a tentative idea and train of thought of the research. Secondly, the floating population samples in Northeast China in the Mobile population Monitoring Survey 2013 of the State Health and Family Planning Commission were classified. Based on the descriptive statistical analysis of the first pair of survey data, the difference of population characteristics between the two floating types is obtained from the population characteristics of the outflow population in Northeast China and the floating population in the region. The second is to analyze the income difference between the northeast outflow population and the floating population in the region from the angle of sex, age and education level. Third, taking income as dependent variable, sex, age, education level, employment industry and unit nature as independent variables, the two categories of floating population are respectively modeled by order logistic-model to explain the influencing factors of income. The difference of income between the floating population and the outflow population in Northeast China is compared, and the analysis and conclusion are made in combination with the actual situation. Finally, in view of the research results of this paper, the paper draws the conclusions of the social and income status of the floating population in Northeast China, and puts forward some policy recommendations for the rational development of the Northeast economy. There is a correct understanding and understanding of the population flow and population loss in Northeast China, and a deeper understanding of the influencing factors of income.
