亲职抚育困境:二孩国策下的青年脆弱性与社会支持重构

【摘要】：近两年来,伴随"全面二孩"国策的确定执行与全面落实,生育和抚幼两项生命历程的重大事件,考验着微观个体的家庭与工作平衡能力,考验着中观群体的夫妻关系、性别关系、代际关系及亲子关系,亦考验着宏观制度保障、家庭政策、公共资源和社会支持等重大议题,成为社会变迁与进步转型的风向标。本文在提出以低母乳喂养率、低父亲参与率、高劳动强度和高隔代抚养为典型特征的亲职抚育困境基础上,揭示了家庭变迁转型中的母亲脆弱性、夫妻关系脆弱性和代际关系脆弱性的三重根源机制与民间社会生活难点,进而提出弘扬抚育文化建设家庭科学、弘扬社会合力构建制度保障、弘扬性别平等构建公共支持的思路与建议。
[Abstract]:In the past two years, with the determination and implementation of the "all-around two-child" national policy, the important events in the life course of fertility and caressing young children have tested the ability of micro-individuals to balance their family and work, as well as the relationship between husband and wife among the middle class. Gender relations, intergenerational relationships and parent-child relationships are also a test of macro institutional protection, family policy, public resources and social support, and become the vane of social change and progress. On the basis of raising the dilemma of parenthood, which is characterized by low breastfeeding rate, low father participation rate, high labor intensity and high intergenerational upbringing, this paper reveals the vulnerability of mothers in the transition of family change. The triple root mechanism of the vulnerability of husband and wife relationship and the vulnerability of intergenerational relationship and the difficulties of civil society life. Ideas and suggestions for promoting gender equality and building public support.
