【摘要】：进入二十一世纪,人口数量的增长速度已得到有效控制,人口结构成为当今各界广泛关注的一个课题,例如人口的性别比例、老龄化问题等等。这是因为人口结构是否合理对于一个地区的发展有着非常重要的意义。就业结构影响区域经济的三次产业的发展,人口城乡比例影响城市化发展,人口文化素质结构影响区域的人力资源和社会的精神文明建设。而这些方面会直接影响区域经济发展的速度和水平。因此,如果能够通过分析内蒙古全局和各盟市的人口结构的差异,并采取相应措施优化人口结构,势必会加快内蒙古自治区的城市化和区域经济发展的速度。本文首先对人口结构的相关概念、理论和文献进行了概述；其次,描述了内蒙古自治区及十二盟市的人口总量、人口密度以及人口的性别结构、年龄结构、就业结构、城乡结构、文化素质结构和民族结构的现状,并分析了内蒙古自治区的人口结构特征；再次,以前一部分中描述的人口结构为数据基础,运用因子分析法对内蒙古自治区2001年至2010年的人口结构综合水平进行评价。并以2011年第六次人口普查结果为数据基础,对内蒙古自治区及十二盟市2010年11月1日零时的人口结构综合水平进行评价；然后,对十二盟市人口结构综合水平进行分析和对比,并提出相应的优化建议；最后,对全文进行总结,得出主要结论,并提出一些政策建议。
[Abstract]:In the 21 century, the population growth rate has been effectively controlled, and the population structure has become a widespread concern of all walks of life, such as the gender ratio of the population, the aging problem and so on. This is because the population structure is reasonable for the development of a region has very important significance. The structure of employment affects the development of three industries of regional economy, the proportion of urban and rural population affects the development of urbanization, and the structure of cultural quality of population affects the construction of human resources and social spiritual civilization in the region. These aspects will directly affect the speed and level of regional economic development. Therefore, if we can analyze the differences between the overall situation of Inner Mongolia and the population structure of each league city, and take corresponding measures to optimize the population structure, it is bound to accelerate the speed of urbanization and regional economic development in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. In this paper, the concept, theory and literature of population structure are first summarized. Secondly, the total population, population density, gender structure, age structure, employment structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and 12 cities are described. The present situation of urban and rural structure, cultural quality structure and national structure, and analyzed the population structure characteristics of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region. Thirdly, the population structure described in the previous part is the data base. The comprehensive level of population structure of Inner Mongolia Autonomous region from 2001 to 2010 was evaluated by factor analysis method. Based on the results of the sixth census in 2011, this paper evaluates the comprehensive level of population structure in Inner Mongolia Autonomous region and Twelve League cities at 00:00 on November 1, 2010, and then analyzes and compares the comprehensive level of population structure of the 12 League cities. Finally, the paper summarizes the whole paper, draws the main conclusions, and puts forward some policy suggestions.
