对加强基层计划生育服务保障的思考

[Abstract]:In the 2015 government work report, Premier Li Keqiang stressed the need to "promote the reform of family planning service management," and the focus of family planning work should be to realize the transition from management to service, so how to do a good job of ensuring family planning services at the grass-roots level? The author believes that we can start from the following aspects. First, the implementation of leadership responsibility. To do a good job in family planning services, leadership attention is the key. The communique of the Fifth Plenary session of the 18th CPC Central Committee put forward "upholding the basic national policy of family planning." Party committees and governments at all levels should firmly establish the consciousness of national policy, especially the township party committees and governments, and adhere to the basic national policy of family planning and the Party.
