【摘要】：正习近平总书记在全国宣传思想工作会议讲话中强调,做好宣传思想工作一定要把围绕中心、服务大局作为基本职责,胸怀大局、把握大势、着眼大事,找准工作的切入点和着力点,做到因势而谋、应势而动、顺势而为。在全面放开二孩政策、生育政策不断调整完善的背景下,计生宣传工作只有创新理念,整合力量,才能取得事半功倍的效果。思想上绷紧"一根弦"。构建大宣传格局,各级领导干部要善于从政治上、大局上、理论上看问题,在计划生育重大原则和大是大非问题上做到旗帜
