基于人口统计学特征的高管战略信念差异化研究

【摘要】:战略管理理论中,战略的形成历来是学者们争论的焦点。战略管理十大学派对战略的形成各持己见,而战略认知学派认为战略形成于企业家的思想世界,而这种思想世界就是高管的信念。近年来,,高管战略信念这一领域引起了很多学者的关注。战略信念的测量是当前该领域研究的重点,但战略信念复杂性、难以捕捉等特点给战略信念的测量带来一定的困难。相关研究表明,高管战略信念与人口统计学特征是有一定联系的,但人口统计学特征(性别、年龄、学历、任期等)不能反映高管战略信念的全部内容。目前国内外关于这一领域的研究较少,人口统计学特征(性别、年龄、学历、任期等)与高管战略信念两者的联系也不是很明确。 本文首先通过文献阅读法阐述战略信念的国内外研究现状,指出现阶段的研究进展与其不足之处。然后通过实地调查与访谈,对影响高管战略决策的因素进行归纳与总结,并利用模糊认知图技术表达高管战略信念。最后,作者对企业高管进行实证研究,探讨高管个体特征(性别、年龄、学历、任期)差异与战略信念差异之间的关系。运用描述性统计分析、相关分析和回归分析等方法对数据进行处理分析。研究结果表明:(1)高管性别差异与战略信念差异没有相关关系;(2)高管年龄差异与战略信念差异呈正相关关系;(3)高管学历差异与战略信念差异呈正相关关系;(4)高管任期差异与战略信念差异呈正相关关系。高管战略信念这一研究领域应该引起足够的重视,因为该领域的研究对企业的实际运用和战略管理理论的完善都有非常重要的价值。
[Abstract]:In the theory of strategic management, the formation of strategy has always been the focus of debate among scholars. The ten schools of strategic management hold their own opinions on the formation of strategy, while the strategic cognitive school thinks that strategy is formed in the thought world of entrepreneurs, and this world of thought is the belief of executives. In recent years, the field of executive strategic belief has attracted the attention of many scholars. The measurement of strategic belief is the focus of current research in this field, but the complexity of strategic belief and its difficulty in capturing bring some difficulties to the measurement of strategic belief. Related studies show that senior executives' strategic beliefs are related to demographic characteristics, but demographics (sex, age, education, tenure, etc.) can not reflect the whole content of senior executives' strategic beliefs. At present, there are few studies on this field at home and abroad, and the relationship between demographic characteristics (sex, age, education, tenure, etc.) and executive strategic beliefs is not very clear. In this paper, the current research situation of strategic belief at home and abroad is expounded through literature reading, and the research progress and its shortcomings are pointed out. Then through field investigation and interviews, the factors that affect the strategic decision of senior executives are summarized and summarized, and the fuzzy cognitive map technology is used to express the strategic beliefs of senior executives. Finally, the author conducts an empirical study on the relationship between the differences of individual characteristics (gender, age, education, tenure) and strategic beliefs. Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis are used to process the data. The result of the study shows that there is no correlation between gender difference and strategic belief difference of senior executives. (2) Age difference of senior executives is positively correlated with differences in strategic beliefs. 3) academic background differences of senior executives are positively correlated with differences in strategic beliefs. There is a positive correlation between period difference and strategic belief difference. The research field of executive strategic belief should be paid enough attention because the research in this field is of great value to the practical application of enterprises and the perfection of the theory of strategic management.
