中国流动人口市民化水平测算及影响因素研究

【摘要】：文章利用2014年全国流动人口动态监测数据,通过建立多维度指标体系,测算中国流动人口的市民化水平,并利用工具变量法估计四类特征因素对市民化水平的影响。结果发现,中国流动人口总体的市民化水平很低,区域间差异并不明显,但不同省份之间的收入、社会保障等差异较大;本地家庭规模较大、独生子女身份、子女在本地居住对市民化具有明显的提升效应,而子女数量、年龄、家庭再生育意愿会对市民化产生负向影响;务工经商是流动人口市民化的主要途径,流动时间越长市民化水平越高,但流动范围跨度过大不利于市民化;来自较发达地区的流动人口市民化水平更高,而且流入地第三产业发展能有效促进市民化进程。
[Abstract]:The paper uses the dynamic monitoring data of the floating population in 2014 to measure the citizenization level of the Chinese floating population by establishing a multi-dimensional index system, and uses the tool variable method to estimate the influence of the four types of characteristic factors on the citizenization level. The results show that the overall citizenization level of the Chinese floating population is low and the differences are not obvious in the region, However, there are great differences in income and social security among different provinces. The large scale of local families, the identity of the only child, and the children's local residence have an obvious promotion effect on the citizenization, and the number of children, age, and family rebirth will have a negative influence on the citizenization, and the business is the main way of the citizenization of the floating population. The longer the moving time is, the higher the citizenization level is, but the oversize of the flow range is not conducive to the citizenization; the mobility of the floating population from the more developed areas is higher, and the development of the third industry in the inflow area can effectively promote the process of the citizenization.
