城市化进程中的适度人口:一个文献综述及思考

【摘要】：城市化有助于转变增长方式和缩小发展差距,但伴随着城市人口的激增,城市资源环境也在不断受到威胁,因此,城市适度人口将是未来实现城市可持续发展的关键。基于文献综述视角,对城市化进程中适度人口问题展开新的思考,并总结出三个方面的主要结论:第一,城市化进程中必须考虑城市人口与资源环境的协调问题,而实现这种协调的最优选择是考虑城市适度人口;第二,城市化进程中的适度人口不是静态上的适度,而是需要探索城市资源环境承载力的提升目标,形成动态上的城市适度人口空间;第三,城市适度人口也不仅仅是数量上的测度,而是要探索从城市实际人口到适度人口的实现路径。最终,通过城市人口的"数量"和"质量"适度来加快我国城市化进程。
[Abstract]:Urbanization helps to change the growth mode and narrow the development gap, but with the rapid increase of urban population, the urban resources and environment are constantly threatened. Therefore, the urban moderate population will be the key to realize the sustainable development of the city in the future. Based on the perspective of literature review, this paper presents a new thinking on the issue of moderate population in the process of urbanization, and concludes three main conclusions: first, the coordination between urban population and resources and environment must be considered in the process of urbanization. The optimal choice to realize this kind of coordination is to consider the moderate population of the city; second, the moderate population in the urbanization process is not the moderate in the static state, but the goal of enhancing the carrying capacity of the urban resources and environment should be explored. Third, the urban moderate population is not only a quantitative measure, but also to explore the realization path from the actual urban population to the moderate population. Finally, the urbanization process of our country is accelerated by "quantity" and "quality" of urban population.
