韩国老龄化现状、问题与对策研究

【摘要】：近年来,韩国人口老龄化的发展不断加快,由此产生的社会经济问题引起了政府、学术界以及社会各界越来越多的关注。伴随着韩国经济的快速发展,人口老龄化出现了一些与以往不同的新情况。根据韩国统计局发布的《2016韩国统计局主要年龄阶层的人口推算》数据显示,2016年全国老年人口数量达到676.3万人,人口老龄化水平达到13.2%(世界排名第51位),预计到2060年老龄化水平将达到的40.1%(世界第2位)。韩国老龄化速度比大部分发达国家快2至3倍,韩国人口老龄化速度已成为世界之最。另外伴随着老龄化的是持续的超低生育率状况。老龄化社会引起诸多问题从而长期地导致国家竞争力下降,国家需要长期准备与此相关的对策。在此背景下,本论文从人口老龄化问题的角度出发,结合定量研究与定性研究的方法,利用韩国人口普查数据和韩国国家统计局公布的数据,对韩国低出生率、老龄化社会的状况和产生的影响进行分析,并观察最近人口普查结果和韩国老龄政策动向,对今后韩国政府可能采取的对策做出评估和预测,进而提出针对性的对策建议。论文的主要章节内容包括:第一章绪论。说明论文的研究背景及意义,研究方案设计、研究方法和论文框架安排;第二章是相关概念界定及文献综述。介绍论文涉及的概念定义、主要相关理论和韩国老龄化的研究综述;第三章是韩国人口老龄化的现状和特点。包括韩国人口老龄化的现状与趋势,韩国人口老龄化的基本特点。第四章是韩国人口老龄化的问题和社会经济影响。包括韩国老年人口问题,人口老龄化对社会经济的影响,以及老年产业面临的挑战与机遇。第五章是应对人口老龄化挑战的基本对策与思考,提出各领域应对方案。最后的部分是文章的结论和参考文献。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the development of population aging in South Korea has been accelerating, resulting in social and economic problems have attracted more and more attention from the government, academia and all walks of life. With the rapid economic development of South Korea, the aging population has appeared some new situation different from the past. According to the data released by the Korean Bureau of Statistics on the population projections of the main age groups of the Korean Bureau of Statistics of 2016, the number of elderly people in the country reached 6.763 million in 2016. Population aging reached 13.2b (51st place in the world, expected to reach 40.1% by 2060) (No. 2 in the world). South Korea is aging two to three times faster than most developed countries, with the country's population aging at the fastest rate in the world. In addition, the aging is accompanied by the persistent extremely low fertility rate. Aging society causes many problems, which leads to the decline of national competitiveness for a long time. In this context, from the point of view of population aging, combining the methods of quantitative and qualitative research, using the Korean census data and the data published by the Korea National Bureau of Statistics, the paper makes use of the low birth rate in South Korea. This paper analyzes the situation and impact of aging society, observes the recent census results and the trend of Korean aging policy, evaluates and forecasts the possible countermeasures taken by the Korean government in the future, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The main chapters of the thesis include: the first chapter is an introduction. Explain the research background and significance, research scheme design, research methods and research framework arrangement. Chapter two is the definition of related concepts and literature review. This paper introduces the definition of the concept, the main related theories and the research review of Korean aging. The third chapter is about the current situation and characteristics of Korean population aging. Including the current situation and trend of Korean population aging, the basic characteristics of Korean population aging. The fourth chapter is the problem of Korean population aging and social and economic impact. It includes the problem of the elderly population in Korea, the impact of the aging population on the social economy, and the challenges and opportunities faced by the elderly industry. The fifth chapter is the basic countermeasures and thinking to deal with the challenge of population aging, and puts forward the countermeasures in various fields. The last part is the conclusion of the article and references.
