老龄化对上海社会经济发展的影响及应对措施研究

【摘要】：人口老龄化已经日益成为值得关注的社会问题，老年人作为社会一个特殊群体，他们的切身利益理应受到政府和社会各界的高度重视。人口老龄化在给社会经济发展带来巨大影响的同时，也带来了社会服务和产业发展的良好契机。研究人口老龄化问题，对丰富我国老年人口研究理论，保障老年人合法权益，促进社会经济和谐发展等均具有重大意义。本文从国内外人口老龄化背景分析入手，引入人口老龄化对上海社会经济发展影响的论题，在养老服务、老年医疗服务、老龄产业等方面对人口老龄化影响进行了深入研究。研究内容包括：一、上海市人口老龄化现状及趋势分析。重点介绍了上海市人口老龄化的基本特征，上海市老年人口区域分布的特点，并采用统计学中的时间系列曲线估计法对上海市未来五年老年人口规模进行了预测。二、老龄化对上海市养老服务的影响研究。研究范围包括上海市养老机构发展现状，城市老年人的养老照护需求特征，上海市养老服务业发展状况等方面，并利用经济学中的总量消费函数模型对上海市的老年服务需求进行分析，并论证了人口老龄化对上海市社会总消费水平的影响。对上海市养老基金的平衡性也做了简要分析。三、老龄化对上海市老年医疗服务的影响研究。研究内容涉及上海市社区卫生服务，上海市老年人口的健康状况，上海市老年人口的医疗卫生服务需求特征等。重点分析了各种疾病对老年人口健康状况的影响。四、老龄化对上海市老龄产业发展的影响研究。研究重点包括国内外老龄产业发展现状，老年服务业与老年服务市场，上海老年服务消费需求特点等。并利用生命周期理论及相关模型对上海市老年消费市场的规模和变化趋势做了定量描述。本文采用的研究方法包括：定性研究与定量研究相结合，静态分析与动态预测相结合，国际比较与国内借鉴相结合。通过研究分析，，本文认为针对上海市老龄化问题，应该采取积极有效的措施加以应对。应对的重点应集中于老年照顾体系的建设和如何引导与推进老龄产业发展这两个方面。本文的主要不足在于对问题的研究探讨还有待深化。
[Abstract]:The aging of population has become a social problem that deserves attention day by day. As a special social group, the vital interests of the elderly should be highly valued by the government and all walks of life. The aging of population not only brings great influence to the social economic development, but also brings a good opportunity for the development of social service and industry. It is of great significance to study the problem of aging population in China, to enrich the theory of the aged population, to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly, and to promote the harmonious development of social economy. Starting with the background analysis of aging population at home and abroad, this paper introduces the theme of the influence of population aging on the social and economic development of Shanghai, and makes a deep study on the influence of population aging in the aspects of old-age service, medical service for the elderly, and the industry of aging. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the current situation and trend of population aging in Shanghai. The basic characteristics of the aging population in Shanghai and the regional distribution of the elderly population in Shanghai are introduced in this paper, and the size of the elderly population in Shanghai in the next five years is predicted by using the time series curve estimation method in statistics. Second, the impact of aging on the pension services in Shanghai. The scope of the study includes the status quo of the development of Shanghai's pension institutions, the characteristics of the elderly's demand for care for the aged in the city, and the development of Shanghai's old-age service industry, etc. The total consumption function model in economics is used to analyze the elderly service demand in Shanghai, and the influence of aging population on the total social consumption level in Shanghai is demonstrated. The balance of pension funds in Shanghai is also briefly analyzed. Third, the effect of aging on geriatric medical service in Shanghai. The research involves community health service in Shanghai, health status of the elderly population in Shanghai, and characteristics of medical and health service demand of the elderly population in Shanghai. The effects of various diseases on the health status of the elderly population were analyzed. Fourth, the influence of aging on the development of aging industry in Shanghai. The research focuses on the current situation of the aging industry at home and abroad, the elderly service industry and the elderly service market, the characteristics of the elderly service consumption demand in Shanghai and so on. Using life cycle theory and relevant models, the scale and changing trend of Shanghai elderly consumption market are quantitatively described. The research methods used in this paper include the combination of qualitative and quantitative research, static analysis and dynamic prediction, international comparison and domestic reference. Through research and analysis, this paper thinks that we should take active and effective measures to deal with the aging problem in Shanghai. Emphasis should be placed on the construction of the care system for the elderly and how to guide and promote the development of the aging industry. The main deficiency of this paper is that the research on the problem needs to be deepened.
