中国五城市流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务满意度影响因素研究

【摘要】：为了解流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务现状和满意程度,分析其满意度的影响因素,为改善流动已婚妇女的生殖健康质量提供依据,利用2005年北京、南京、厦门、深圳和重庆五城市流动人口生殖健康抽样调查数据,描述分析流动已婚妇女避孕节育服务利用及满意程度分布情况,对影响满意度的有关因素进行多因素分析。在5399例有效调查问卷中,避孕节育服务的利用率为72.8%(3928人),其中对服务满意者占71.1%(2791人)。Logistic回归分析发现:流动已婚妇女对服务的避孕节育服务的满意度在调查地区间存在差别(P0.05);高年龄、认为自己身体状况好、采用上环方式、流入地获取现用避孕方法、街道/村居委会提供服务、知情选择、享有全部/部分费用减免者对避孕节育服务的满意程度更高。高效可逆的避孕方法、便捷可靠的服务机构、知情选择及免费/优惠的服务可以提高流动已婚妇女对避孕节育服务的满意度。通过控制和改善相关的影响因素,有助于提高流动已婚妇女避孕节育积极性、推动计划生育优质服务工作向前发展。
[Abstract]:In order to understand the present situation and satisfaction degree of contraceptive and birth control service for migrant married women, to analyze the influencing factors of their satisfaction, and to provide the basis for improving the reproductive health quality of migrant married women, Beijing, Nanjing and Xiamen were used in 2005. The reproductive health sampling data of floating population in five cities of Shenzhen and Chongqing were used to describe and analyze the utilization of contraceptive and birth control services and the distribution of satisfaction among migrant married women. The related factors affecting satisfaction were analyzed. In 5399 valid questionnaires, The utilization rate of contraception and birth control services was 72.8%. Among them, 71.1% were satisfied with the services. Logistic regression analysis showed that there were significant differences in the satisfaction of migrant married women with the contraceptive services among the surveyed regions (P 0.05). It is considered that they are in good health and adopt the method of Shanghuan to obtain the current contraceptive method in the living place. The street / village committee provides the service, the informed choice, and the person who enjoys the full / partial fee remission is more satisfied with the contraceptive and birth control service. Effective and reversible contraceptive methods, convenient and reliable services, informed choice and free / preferential services can improve the satisfaction of mobile married women with contraceptive services. Through controlling and improving the related influencing factors, it is helpful to improve the enthusiasm of contraception and birth control of the floating married women and to promote the development of the quality service of family planning.
