长吉图开发开放先导区流入人口现状及特点的量化分析

【摘要】：自2009年8月30日国务院批复了《中国图们江区域合作开发规划纲要———以长吉图为开发开放先导区》以来，，长吉图地区的经济、社会等各方面的不断发展，对吸引外来人口流入起到一定的作用。据吉林省流动人口管理站监测数据显示，2010年长吉图地区流入人口总数为189586人，这在一定程度上说明流入人口这一群体已经是长吉图开发开放先导区经济社会发展不可或缺的一个有机组成部分，其发展状况将会对整个长吉图开发开放先导区和谐社会的建设和全面建设小康社会的宏伟目标产生直接影响。本文基于长吉图开发开放先导区的建设背景和“长吉图开发开放先导区流入人口信息采集问卷”的基本调查内容，从长吉图开发开放先导区流入人口的现状描述入手，分析先导区流入人口的主要特点，最后总结出先导区流入人口面临的问题并提出相应的对策，以期能保障先导区流入人口发展需要的同时，为相关部门解决流入人口问题提供一定的借鉴。本文第一部分阐述长吉图开发开放先导区的研究背景和对吉林省、东北乃至全国的重要意义。介绍了本文的研究方法和数据来源、研究内容、创新和不足之处。对相关概念进行解释和界定，对人口迁移等理论进行阐述。同时，对国内关于流动人口的文献进行系统的回顾和总结。我们发现，目前关于先导区流入人口的研究比较少。本文第二部分描述了长春市、吉林市、延边州的人口总量变化和流入人口总量的变化。介绍了先导区流入人口信息采集问卷的基本情况并对流入人口的年龄及性别、教育程度、就业、社会保障、住房等情况进行了分析。本文第三部分分析了先导区流入人口的主要特点：人口社会学特征，新生代流入人口比例偏低、已婚者居多以及流入人口及子女受教育方面的特点；就业方面，签订劳动合同和在岗培训率低、工作超时现象普遍存在；生活满意度方面，流入人口生活满意度较高，并应用二分类Logistic回归分析法对影响流入人口的生活满意度的相关因素进行了分析。本文第四部分从长吉图先导区流入人口的现状及特点中分析出其面临的问题，并针对这些问题提出促进先导区流入人口发展的对策建议。本文第五部分是在对本文研究总结的基础上，指出了本文研究的不足之处。
[Abstract]:Since the State Council approved the outline of China's Tumen River Regional Cooperative Development Planning on August 30, 2009-taking Changji Tu as an open pioneer area, the economic, social and other aspects of the Changjitu region have been developing continuously. To attract the inflow of foreign population play a certain role. According to the monitoring data from the floating population Management Station in Jilin Province, the total number of people flowing into the Changjitu area in 2010 was 189586. This shows to some extent that the inflow of the population has become an indispensable and integral part of the economic and social development of the Changjitu open pioneer area. Its development situation will have a direct impact on the construction of harmonious society and the grand goal of building a well-to-do society in the whole Changjitu development and opening leading area. Based on the background of the construction of Chang-Jitu Development Open pilot area and the basic investigation content of "Changjitu-Development Open Pioneer area inflow population Information Collection questionnaire", this paper begins with the description of the current situation of Changjitu Development Open Pioneer area. This paper analyzes the main characteristics of the inflow of population in the pilot area, and finally summarizes the problems faced by the inflow of the population in the pilot area and puts forward corresponding countermeasures in order to ensure the development needs of the inflow of the population in the pilot area at the same time. For the relevant departments to solve the problem of population inflow to provide some reference. The first part of this paper expounds the research background and significance to Jilin Province, Northeast China and even the whole country. This paper introduces the research methods and data sources, research content, innovation and shortcomings. The related concepts are explained and defined, and the theories of population migration are expounded. At the same time, the domestic literature on floating population is reviewed and summarized systematically. We have found that there are few studies on the inflow of population in pilot areas. The second part of this paper describes the changes of total population and inflow of population in Changchun, Jilin and Yanbian. This paper introduces the basic situation of the information collection questionnaire of the inflow population in the pilot area and analyzes the age and sex, education level, employment, social security, housing and so on. The third part of this paper analyzes the main characteristics of the inflow of population in the pilot area: the sociological characteristics of the population, the low proportion of the Cenozoic inflow, the characteristics of the majority of the married population and the education of the inflow population and their children, and the employment aspect. The signing of labor contracts and on-the-job training rates are low, and the phenomenon of overtime is widespread. In terms of life satisfaction, the inflow population is more satisfied with life. The two-classification logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the related factors affecting the life satisfaction of the inflow population. The fourth part of this paper analyzes the problems it faces from the current situation and characteristics of the inflow of population in the forerunner area of Changjitu, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the inflow of population in the pilot area. The fifth part of this paper is based on the summary of the research, pointed out the shortcomings of this study.
