人口流动对地方医疗卫生支出影响的实证分析——基于空间面板模型

【摘要】：在劳动力大规模流动的背景下,随着流动人口家庭化、高龄化特征的加强,医疗卫生服务成为流动人口最关心的公共服务之一。本文将采用2007—2014年省际面板数据,通过构建具有固定效应的空间面板模型,从全国、人口流入地区和人口流出地区三个角度实证分析人口流动对地方政府人均医疗卫生支出的影响。结果表明,一方面人口流入地和人口流出地的人均医疗卫生支出均呈现显著增加趋势;另一方面空间自相关系数显著不为0,相邻省份间存在空间溢出效应。
[Abstract]:Under the background of large-scale labor migration, with the family floating population and the strengthening of the characteristics of aging, medical and health services have become one of the most concerned public services of the floating population. This paper will use the provincial panel data from 2007 to 2014, through the construction of a fixed effect of spatial panel model, from the country, This paper empirically analyzes the impact of population flow on the per capita medical and health expenditure of local governments from the three angles of population inflow and outflow. The results showed that, on the one hand, the per capita medical and health expenditure of population inflow and outflow areas showed a significant increase trend; on the other hand, the spatial autocorrelation coefficient was significantly not 0, and there was spatial spillover effect between neighboring provinces.
