【摘要】：正快速城市化时期,我国经济、社会各领域都发生了巨大的变化,人口的大规模流动是其中最重要的变化之一。流动人口的产生和存在,对推动城市化进程、推动社会进步、促进经济增长等方面做出了极大贡献。但同时我们也应看到,由于我国流动人口数量庞大,流动性强,广大流动人口的工作及住宿经常变换,对于这些流动人口的信息难以跟踪掌握,也难以有效管理。这样一方面不利于社会的安定,另一方面,也无法为流动人口提供医疗、就业、子女教育等公共服务。因此,需要对流动人口的现状、
