流动妇女生育孕娩地安排及影响因素研究

【摘要】：流动妇女生育时孕娩地不确定,提高了生育时的健康风险,同时给人口流入流出地生育医疗等公共服务资源的供给和配置工作带来挑战。本文利用2014年全国流动人口监测抽样调查数据,对流动妇女孕娩地安排情况进行了分析和实证研究,结果显示流动夫妇自身因素、家庭收支及社会保险情况对孕娩地的选择有显著影响。流动妇女不同孩次生育时孕娩地选择影响因素存在巨大差异,第二孩次以上生育时孕娩地选择存在惯性,明显受前一次选择的影响。户籍制度改革、保险跨区结算及加强流动人口公共服务均等化建设,提高流动人口发展质量及社会融合能力,有助于从根本上化解流动妇女生育时孕娩地的选择困境。
[Abstract]:The uncertainty of the place of pregnancy and delivery of floating women during childbirth increases the health risks during childbirth and challenges the supply and allocation of public service resources such as fertility and medical care. Based on the data of the National floating population Surveillance Survey in 2014, this paper makes an analysis and an empirical study on the situation of the location of pregnancy and delivery of migrant women. The results show that the floating couples have their own factors. Family income and expenditure and social security have a significant impact on the choice of the place of delivery. There were great differences in the factors affecting the choice of the place of delivery of the second child above the second child, and the choice of the place of delivery was obviously influenced by the previous choice. The reform of the household registration system, the settlement of insurance and the construction of public service equalization of floating population, and the improvement of the development quality of floating population and the ability of social integration will help to fundamentally resolve the dilemma of choosing the place of pregnancy and delivery during the birth of floating women.
