河北省人才资本对经济增长的贡献研究
[Abstract]:In recent years, the cooperation between Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei is getting deeper and deeper. However, Hebei Province is always in a subsidiary position in the process of cooperation. Investigate its reason, the economic development level is not high become the root cause that limits Hebei province to merge quickly. In the process of economic growth, the role of human capital is greater than that of material capital, especially the human capital, which can well promote the sustainable growth of economy. Starting from Cobb-Douglas production function and using the relevant data of Hebei Province from 1978 to 2010, this paper calculates the contribution of human capital to Hebei's economic growth by using statistical method. Proof of Hebei Province's economic growth pattern is still extensive. Then this paper tries to analyze the reasons for the low contribution rate of talents in Hebei Province from three aspects of industrial structure, education level and brain drain, and puts forward some relevant measures. The first part is the introduction, which mainly introduces the research meaning, the definition of the concept, the research method, the research thought and the frame and the innovation. The second part summarizes the main research directions by analyzing the domestic and foreign research results on the impact of human capital on the economy. The third part is the summary and analysis of the factors affecting the economic development of Hebei Province. The fourth part uses Cobb-Douglas production function deformation to analyze the influencing factors of economic growth and draws the conclusion that the contribution rate of talent capital is low. Fifth, the sixth part is through the analysis talented person capital contribution rate low reason and puts forward the related policy proposal.
