【摘要】：正计划生育是我国一项重要的基本国策,是全面建设小康社会、实现可持续化发展的重要内容。在计划生育工作中计生档案管理占有很大的比例,是不断提高工作效率和质量的先决条件。计划生育档案工作的顺利进行有利于计生政策、构建一个和谐社会都有着非常重要的意义。经过多年的发展,计划生育档案管理模式的不断变化,相关部门大量工作的有序开展,都保证了计划生育档案
[Abstract]:Positive family planning is an important basic national policy of our country, it is an important content of building a well-off society in an all-round way and realizing sustainable development. In the family planning work, family planning file management occupies a large proportion, which is a prerequisite for improving work efficiency and quality.
