【摘要】：正为进一步加强人口计生系统网络舆情监测与应对工作,提高网络舆情制度化、科学化、规范化管理水平,福建省福鼎市人口计生局通过"五加强"深入开展人口计生网络舆情工作。加强领导,确保责任落实。成立网络舆情监测与应对工作领导小组,各指定一名专兼职人员为网络舆情观察员,落实对重大网络舆情做好跟踪、督查和协调工作,研究有效引导控制网络舆情的长效机制。加强监测,分级应对处置。定
