东部沿海地区少数民族人口变化之探析

【摘要】：近年来,我国各民族呈现出跨地区、跨省际流动的大潮,传统的民族分布格局发生着重大变化,少数民族人口大量涌入东部沿海地区,成为东部沿海地区的新群体。这一群体的进入,促进了沿海地区特别是沿海城市经济和文化的多元化发展,增进了东部沿海地区各民族间的交往交流交融,加强了东部沿海地区民族关系的发展,丰富了沿海地区的经济和文化内涵;与此同时,也引发了一系列的民族问题,给东部沿海地区的民族工作带来了新的压力与挑战。本文在马克思主义民族理论指导下,依据2000年第五次人口普查资料和2010年第六次人口普查资料,利用纵向、横向的比较方法,宏观研究与微观研究相结合,对东部沿海地区辽宁、河北、天津、山东、江苏、上海、浙江、福建、广东等九省市在2000至2010十年间,在少数民族人口数量、少数民族人口分布、少数民族人口接受教育、少数民族行业和职业人口等方面的变化情况进行汇总和比较分析,并结合对东部沿海地区部分少数民族人口进行的调研,多角度分析东部沿海地区少数民族人口变化的情况。在此基础上,探讨东部沿海地区少数民族人口变化的特征和趋势;从自然因素、经济因素、社会因素三个角度,分析了东部沿海地区常住少数民族人口变化的原因;从消极和积极两个方面梳理了东部沿海地区少数民族人口变化的影响;针对东部沿海地区少数民族人口变化所引发的社会问题和民族问题,提出了不断健全完善相关政策的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, there has been a great tide of inter-regional and inter-provincial mobility among the ethnic groups in China. The traditional ethnic distribution pattern has undergone great changes, and the minority population has poured into the eastern coastal areas and become a new group in the eastern coastal areas. The entry of this group has promoted the diversified development of the economy and culture in coastal areas, especially in coastal cities, enhanced the exchanges and exchanges among ethnic groups in the eastern coastal areas, and strengthened the development of ethnic relations in the eastern coastal areas. It enriches the economic and cultural connotations of the coastal areas, at the same time, it also causes a series of national problems, which brings new pressure and challenges to the national work in the eastern coastal areas. Under the guidance of Marxist national theory, based on the data of the fifth census in 2000 and the sixth census in 2010, this paper combines macro and micro studies with vertical and horizontal comparative methods. For the eastern coastal areas of Liaoning, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Jiangsu, Shanghai, Zhejiang, Fujian, Guangdong, and other nine provinces and cities, in the period from 2000 to 2010, they received education in terms of the number of ethnic minorities, the distribution of the population of ethnic minorities, and the population of ethnic minorities. This paper summarizes and compares the changes of ethnic minority industry and occupation population, and analyzes the change of minority population in eastern coastal area from many angles, combining with the investigation of some minority population in eastern coastal area. On this basis, this paper probes into the characteristics and trends of the population changes of ethnic minorities in the eastern coastal areas, and analyzes the reasons for the changes of the population of the ethnic minorities in the eastern coastal areas from the perspectives of natural factors, economic factors and social factors. From the negative and positive aspects, this paper combs the influence of the ethnic minority population changes in the eastern coastal areas, and aims at the social and ethnic problems caused by the changes of the minority populations in the eastern coastal areas. Put forward the suggestion of perfecting the related policy continuously.
