新疆人口较少民族人口结构差异及其问题研究——基于第四、五、六次人口普查数据的对比分析

【摘要】：合理的人口结构是人口较少民族经济社会健康发展的重要条件。文章基于第四、五和六次人口普查数据的统计分析,发现新疆人口较少民族在行业分布、城市化进程、文化素质、性别结构和老龄化方面存在较为明显的结构差异。这表明新疆部分人口较少民族劳动力转移较慢、城市化水平低、文化素质相对低、性别失衡、婚姻挤压和老龄化等问题较为突出。文章提出改变就业环境和结构、发展区域小城镇、调整教育资源的分配、扩大婚姻市场以及发展老年社会服务等对策,以促进新疆人口较少民族经济社会健康发展。
[Abstract]:Rational population structure is an important condition for the healthy economic and social development of minority nationalities. Based on the statistical analysis of the fourth, fifth and sixth census data, it is found that there are obvious structural differences in the industrial distribution, urbanization process, cultural quality, gender structure and aging of the minority nationalities in Xinjiang. This indicates that the labor force transfer of some minority nationalities in Xinjiang is slow, the urbanization level is low, the cultural quality is relatively low, the gender imbalance, marriage compression and aging are more prominent. This paper puts forward some countermeasures such as changing the employment environment and structure, developing regional small towns, adjusting the distribution of educational resources, expanding the marriage market and developing social services for the elderly, in order to promote the healthy development of the economy and society of the minority nationalities in Xinjiang.
