失独老人的心理问题及其价值观念重建

【摘要】：随着我国失独老人数量的增加,失独老人的各种心理问题已十分凸显,主要表现在对自身、社会的乐观认知出现颠覆,情绪起伏不定、性格孤僻,自我封闭、自我隔离和排斥行为增多,内心的自我否定增多等方面。这些心理问题对失独老人原有的价值观念产生严重冲击,使其无法建立新的自我价值观念,从而陷入人生困顿。解决失独老人心理问题的核心是政府与社会要有效地帮助他们重建价值观念,在新价值观念的引领下,开始新的生活,实现自我价值。
[Abstract]:With the increase of the number of the old people who lost independence in our country, the psychological problems of the old people who have lost independence have become very prominent, mainly manifested in the subversion of the optimistic cognition of the society, the ups and downs of the emotions, the isolation of the personality, and the closure of the self. The behavior of self-segregation and rejection increases, and the inner self-negation increases. These psychological problems have a serious impact on the old people who have lost independence, which makes them unable to establish a new self-value concept, thus they fall into a dilemma in life. The core of solving the psychological problems of the elderly who have lost independence is that the government and society should help them to rebuild their values effectively, start a new life and realize their self-worth under the guidance of the new values.
