包头市蒙古族流动人口调查与分析

【摘要】：少数民族流进城市，既满足了城市对劳动力的需求，也扩大了城市消费市场，促进城市经济的发展；不同民族的流动人口大量进入城市，，也改变了城市原有的民族结构，加速了城市的多民族化和文化的多元化，密切了各民族间的交流，促进了民族间的交流和交往；进入城市的少数民族群众不仅自身获得了利益，改善了生活，而且还学到了先进的科学技术，提高了自身素质，增强了法制观念，通过他们的示范作用，极大的促进了民族地区的经济发展和社会进步。同时，少数民族人口进入城市后，也带来了一系列的新问题、新情况，涉及到少数民族的文化变迁和调适、城市民族关系、城市少数民族权益保护、少数民族流动人口与现代城市管理的矛盾冲突，以及城市少数民族经济的发展等问题。其中，少数民族流动人口的经济发展是非常重要并且具有基础地位的问题，它不仅影响少数民族人口进入城市的生存和发展，也是与少数民族流动人口最终融入城市紧密相联的问题。少数民族流动人口是城市民族关系中最活跃、最敏感的问题，为了加强民族团结，搞好城市民族工作，我们必须正视现代化进程中的城市少数民族流动人口问题。本文以包头市蒙古族流动人口为例，通过个案调查与分析，探讨生产生活方式及文化变迁对少数民族流动人口的生活考验。针对存在的问题提出有效的对策建议，试图通过调查少数民族流动人口生存现状，帮助各级政府为实现利党惠民，使少数民族流动人口尽快融入城市，为社会创造更多的价值提供决策参考。
[Abstract]:The minority nationality flows into the city, which not only satisfies the city's demand for labor force, but also expands the city consumption market and promotes the development of the city economy. The floating population of different nationalities enters the city in large quantities, which also changes the original national structure of the city, accelerates the multi-nationality and the cultural pluralism of the city, closely exchanges among the nationalities, and promotes the communication and communication among the nationalities. The minority people entering the city have not only benefited themselves and improved their lives, but also learned advanced science and technology, improved their own quality, enhanced their concept of the legal system, and through their exemplary role, It has greatly promoted the economic development and social progress in ethnic areas. At the same time, the entry of the minority population into the city has also brought about a series of new problems, new situations, related to the cultural changes and adjustment of ethnic minorities, urban ethnic relations, and the protection of the rights and interests of urban minorities. The conflicts between minority floating population and modern urban management, as well as the development of urban minority economy. Among them, the economic development of the minority floating population is a very important and fundamental issue, which not only affects the survival and development of the minority population entering the city. It is also a problem closely related to the final integration of minority floating population into the city. The floating population of ethnic minorities is the most active and sensitive issue in the urban ethnic relations. In order to strengthen national unity and do well in the work of urban nationalities, we must face up to the problem of the floating population of minority nationalities in the process of modernization. Taking the Mongolian floating population in Baotou as an example, this paper discusses the test of production and life style and cultural changes to the floating population of ethnic minorities through case investigation and analysis. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward effective countermeasures and suggestions, and attempts to help the governments at all levels to realize the benefit of the Party and benefit the people and to integrate the minority floating population into the city as soon as possible by investigating the living situation of the minority floating population. For the society to create more value to provide decision-making reference.
