贵州毛南族人口与社会发展问题试论

【摘要】：贵州毛南族是贵州国家扶持发展的唯一人口较少民族,历史悠久,文化灿烂。但经济社会尚处欠发达状态,存在着人口经济密度小,人口结构不合理,人口素质偏低,人口地理环境较差等显现问题。这些问题的解决关系到贵州毛南族经济社会的跨越式发展和全面小康建设的进程。因此,必须在国家扶持人口较少民族发展的重大政策指引下,深刻理解人口与发展的相互关系,在统筹解决人口问题的基础上,完善毛南族聚居区基础设施建设和社会保障制度,培育优势产业,发展教育文化事业,进一步加快人口城镇化步伐。
[Abstract]:The Maonan nationality of Guizhou is the only one with a long history and splendid culture. However, the economy and society are still in an underdeveloped state, and there are some obvious problems such as low population economic density, unreasonable population structure, low population quality and poor population geographical environment. The solution of these problems is related to the leapfrog development of the economic society of Maonan nationality in Guizhou and the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Therefore, under the guidance of the State's major policy of supporting the development of ethnic groups with fewer people, we must have a profound understanding of the interrelationship between population and development and, on the basis of an overall solution to the population problem, We will improve the infrastructure construction and social security system in Maonan inhabited areas, foster superior industries, develop educational and cultural undertakings, and further accelerate the pace of population urbanization.
