“国家免费孕前优生健康检查”两种服务流程的比较

【摘要】：正为降低出生缺陷发生,提高出生人口素质,国家人口计生委、财政部共同组织,2010年起在全国18个省(市、自治区)100县(区)实施"国家免费孕前优生健康检查",201 1年扩大到全国31个省(市、自冶区)220个县(区),2012年扩大到全国60%的县(市、区)。作为全国计划生育优质服务先进县的安徽省蒙城县是第一批试点单位,在实施过程中根据《国家免费孕前优生健康检查项目试点工作技术服务规范(试行)》服务流程,对县级直接服务流程、县乡共同服务流程模式进行探讨。
[Abstract]:In order to reduce the occurrence of birth defects and improve the quality of the birth population, the State population and Family Planning Commission and the Ministry of Finance have jointly organized the implementation of the National Free Pre-pregnancy Health examination in 2010 in 100 counties (districts) of 18 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions). In 201, it was expanded to 220 counties (districts) in 31 provinces (municipalities, autonomous districts) and 60% counties (municipalities, districts) in 2012. As the advanced county of national family planning high quality service, Mengcheng County of Anhui Province is the first batch of pilot units. In the process of implementation, according to the Technical Service Standard (trial) > service flow of the National Free Pre-pregnancy Health Inspection Project, This paper probes into the direct service flow at county level and the mode of common service flow at county and township level.
